Joel was very professional at setting the expectations of the job and when it was all said and done, he exceeded those expectations. The work was done in a very timely manner and they did an excellent job in cleaning up after every work day which was a huge job in itself. The drywall work was extremely professional and the paint job was beautiful. They covered up all the furniture, floors, and woodwork so there was very little paint to clean up. Joel was very courteous and attentive to details. He took great pride in his work and it shows in the results.

Joel provided a detailed estimate and was very flexible about meeting our needs. He is a good color consultant and recommended that we buy quarts/samples of different colors we liked, paint them on posterboard and view in different lighting situations in our home prior to picking our colors. This was a very educational exercise and well worth the cost of paint. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently during the four days it took to complete the job. They were careful to not let out our cats and dogs, and worked around our aquarium without complaint. The quality of the work was beautiful and I plan to hire Joel again in the spring to do pressure washing and exterior painting.

Joel and his crew arrived promptly each day of work. Joel was not satisfied how the ceiling painting turned out and insisted upon re-doing it to make it absolutely perfect. The drywall had many imperfections and they did extensive surface prep before painting. They worked in a safe manner with tall ladders in the 2-story high areas. The crew was just as nice as can be and extremely courteous. Joel made sure that I was totally satisfied with the work before leaving. The sink where they cleaned brushes etc was left even cleaner than they found it! The walls look even better now than when the house was brand-new.

Extremely well. Joel Thomas is very easy to work with and flexible in meeting the customer's needs. He is a nice guy as well. He did an excellent job, and the house looks great. Clean up was excellent. It was a very positive experience. His pricing was highly competitive. We would definitely hire him again for future painting needs.

It went lousy overall. Joel Thomas may be the best painter in the world, but we will never know due to un-professionalism in running a business.

My deck was power washed & stained. It looks great. Joel even put up my chicken wire below the deck for me at no additional charge. I would definitely hire him again.

Joel was slow to get the estimate to us, and when he did send it, it was $12,000 higher than our other estimates. We have decided to go with someone else.

He was very professional and very nice. He was friendly and quick. He responded to my call right away. But, we ended up choosing another company.

I hired Joel Thomas to paint one of my homes this past spring and he did a fabulous job, so I called him again. I am having a lot of work done on our second home so that we can put it on the market. If I had one criticism, it would be that it took about three weeks for him to get the bid to me, after I had told him I'd like to get the house on the market ASAP. Joel's bid for the combined work came in higher than I was prepared to pay, so I have hired another contractor, but I would still call him again if the occasion arose and I needed his help. He and his crew are excellent painters.

Very pleasant experience. The owner, Joel Thomas, reviewed the job for quote preparation. He provided several options for performance of the work and provided a timeframe to start. Mr. Thomas checked with us several times about which materials we favored and was very accommodating when we increased the scope of the job. His crew arrived at the date and time promised. Everyone was neat and professional throughout the three days it took to complete the work. When the crew left, everything inside the house was left as neat and clean as when they arrived. We would definitely recommend Thomas Interiors and will use their services in the future.

We were delighted with the work. And the professionalism that was shown. The gentlemen were all courteous and they cleaned the area in good order.

He was prompt, truthful and all the workers were clean & neat. My husband developed a terrible consistent cough. Dr said he was allergic to the paint - he could go outside and all was quiet and he was comfortable. Dr said it would take 4-5 months to go away. He's on the 4th month and it is starting to go away.

Overall, the quality of Joel's work was quite good. He came out twice to address concerns after initial coats. His professionalism is lacking at times--he was rude to my wife more than once which I did not care for. Also, when I called to ask him to fix 1-2 additional items which we didn't see until we moved in, he left a message saying he was sorry...and that we should have pointed it out earlier. He could have secured a strong endorsement from us, but lack of professionalism pulled him down.

Our experience with Thomas Interiors was very positive. Mr. Thomas was well organized, & timely with the estimate. We were pleased with the reasonable price. Mr. Thomas & his staff paid very close attention to detail, and before leaving, Mr. Thomas walked around our house with me to be sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. We would definitely use Thomas Interiors again.

We were absolutely thrilled with Joel's workmanship and professionalism. He was extremely prompt and responsive by phone, and he met every request. He even notified us of problems having nothing to do with his work (unsafe electrical work in one of the bathrooms, for example). Joel and his crew finished the job ahead of schedule, and the quality is outstanding. We will use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

A very positive experience from beginning to end! I called for an estimate & was happy to find it to be much lower than some others. There was always good communication between Joel Thomas and myself, as a few phone calls were necessary in choosing a type of stain, the color, etc. He was most helpful throughout the whole process in helping with those decisions on what would work best with my particular deck. He was also very willing to work around my work schedule, as far as when he would perform the work. He was very prompt and professional in appearance and work ethics at all times, and very personable. I noticed that the company van and all the equipment was also very clean and well maintained. There was a minor misunderstanding on what work was to be performed, and Joel's only concern was to be fair to me, & he ended up doing more work than what the estimate was originally for, without charging me any more. Very pleased with his work, and will use again in the future. :)

Joel and his crew were fantastic. I already have plans to use them for another big job within the next month or so. They paid such attention to detail, and they cleaned up very well. I realized after they left that had even brought in my trash can for me! Always on time & and very pleasant and professional. The owner is on site with his crew members & does excellent work to maintain his great reputation. I'd absolutely recommend this company.

I'm extremely pleased with the work that was done, and with Joel's quick follow up. I called three of the painters on Angie's List and he was the first to get back to me. His estimate was the lowest, and the work done was first rate.

Joel and his crew of 4 were on time and completed this huge job in about 5-6 hours. They were all very polite and worked diligently until the job was completed. They cleaned up well and the deck looked great when they were finished. Joel's estimate was very fair and I feel we got a lot of work completed for the money paid. Joel also had given us an estimate to paint/stain the exterior of our house and utility shed. Due to an unexpected repair that we had to deal with just prior to this job, we had to put the painting of our house on hold. Joel was very understanding of that and still came out for the deck job only. We will definitely let Joel know when we are in a position to have our home's exterior completed and have him come and do the job. We are extremely pleased with the work that was completed and will highly recommend Mr. Thomas to our friends.

Joel was thorough and up front with the estimate. He told me the repair work needed before painting was more than he could do and suggested a very good company to do it. He was very good about returning phone calls promptly and was patient and thorough answering my questions. The house looked great when done. The workers were very professional and Joel, the owner, was also at the job site. They cleaned up everything completely when done. They worked on a Saturday to work around bad weather to get the job done on time. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Price included paint and materials to repair walls. Estimate was a little more than the other quotes obtained but they were able to work this job in very quickly which I very much appreciated. Others could not get to this until late May/June. The rooms look great. Mr. Thomas and his crew worked very diligently and got all this work accomplished in 2 full days. I would hire them again.

My husband and I could not have been happier than we were with the job done by Joel Thomas and his crew and the price we paid. They were very professional, polite and punctual. They painted our home during the hottest part of summer and worked very hard. Our windows were especially difficult but they did a great job. The house looks great and we would hire them again with no hesitation. Mr. Thomas is anxious to please his customers and truly knows the meaning of good service!
