No problems. Very nice man and his son assisted in programming the new part.

This is a father and son team. They are codial, efficient and very conscientious. They figured out the problem with our stove, ordered the replacement part, installed it and, when it developed a loose connection, they came back and fixed it at no charge. It's been fine ever since. They arrived on time and did excellent work.

They found a defective drain pump, ordered the part and said they would be back the next day to put it in. Don had some back problems and didn't call to cancel the appt. See above. Work is still not completed.

He returned our call the same day we called (on a Sunday) and was able to come evaluate the dryer on Tuesday. He had to get a part and was back to install it the next day. He left the laundry room neat and clean, was very professional and his final bill matched his estimate. The total price included the parts and labor.

We have been with him for the last 15 years when we need some things from him. He is always very prompt and he has reasonably priced us.

I found him on Angie's List. He was excellent.

My Whirlpool Duet front-loading dryer would not start. The "Sensing" light came on but the dryer didn't run. I called Don's Appliance Service mid-morning and, after calling first, Don and his nephew came by a few hours later. He found the dryer needed a new belt and had one with him. He made the repairs and charged me a very reasonable price for the part, labor and service call. I'll definitely call Don again for other large appliance service.

He is very reasonably priced, finds the problem quickly, gives you all the details so you can make a good decision. I really like the way he conducts his business. He is quick to come out.
