Susan arrived on time on a Saturday morning on relatively short notice. I had waited too long to get this job scheduled before a visit from my son and his wife. Since I had used Specialty Wallcovering previously, I basically called and begged Susan to schedule me as soon as possible. Like always, she was fully booked for the next several weeks but she offered to schedule my one day job for a Saturday even though she doesn't normally work Saturdays. I was changing the guest bedroom from a dark reddish color to a soft yellow so I knew it would probably require two coats. She arrived at 9:00 a.m. and had the job completed by around 5:30 p.m. It looks absolutely beautiful as I knew it would. Her work is always top notch. If you are searching for a reliable, professional quality interior painter, Specialty Wallcovering is a great option. Her work is outstanding and her price is reasonable and extremely competitive. Her hourly rate even on a Saturday was less than most charge even during normal weekday working hours. I highly recommend this service provider and will definitely use her company again. It is easy to see why she is an Angie's List Super Service Award winner.

It did not go well, the quality of the workmanship is poor as the walls look blotchy where you can see the old wall color bleeding through after two coats of paint. The old and new paint are very similar in color and we purchased quality paint from Sherwin- Williams. There is one place where the paint ran as well as a place in our bathroom where paint was spilled on the floor but not cleaned up completely. During the second day of painting, she seemed to hurry and re-painted over a wall that was not completely dry. We had other concerns but overall the major issue was the quality of workmanship.

The job went extremely well and was completed within the estimated time. Susan Hinds was not only professional and performed quality work,?she was?genuinely friendly.? The fact that I asked Susan to come back and complete a 2nd job two days later demonstrates my satisfaction. Definitely two thumps up for Specialy Wallcovering!??

Splendid. The painter was clean, organized. Very good job.

Susan came and did a free consult and helped us pick out colors. Came back and painted the two rooms. Part way through the living room, we realized that we wanted to change the color. She graciously stopped painting and helped us pick out a new color and agreed to come back in the next couple of days to finish the project. She did, and it looks great.

It went great. She did everything she said she would do in a timely manner. She was efficient in contacting me to get it scheduled. It was an overall good experience and she did a wonderful job.

I would highly recommend services from Specialty Wallcovering. She helped estimate the number of rolls of wall paper to order, showed up on time and did an excellent job of hanging the paper in a small space.

The dates we needed to have the painting completed by would not fit the providers schedule.

Susan was fantastic! Timely, professional and very thorough in her work. She did a wonderful job and touched up any little areas that she missed on the first two rounds. She was very neat and a wonderful person to work with.

She did an EXCELLENT job! She takes her time but isn't slow. The most important thing to me is that I can trust her in my home. That is something very important to me especially with all of the local break-ins. She is very friendly and likable as well and I never had any trouble getting ahold of her. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

This is an upstairs apartment with rather steep stairs. Her pasting machine would not go up the stairs, so she pasted downstairs, took the pasted paper upstairs and hung it. She didn't complain about the extra work. I definitely will use her again if I need another job done.

I originally called and asked for an estimate on hanging wallpaper in two bathrooms. Unfortunately, when she gave me the estimate, I found that the clerk at the store miscalculated the amount of wallpaper required and it would have cost much more than I anticipated to purchase more paper and have it hung. Sue suggested faux painting instead. Using one of our wallpaper choices as an example, she made two different examples for our review. When she finished both baths exceeded the examples. We absolutely love it. She was extremely easy to work with, was very professional and completed the job in less time than anticipated.

She is friendly, has a wonderful personality and is very easy to work with. She shows up when she says that she will and her pricing is very reasonable for everything that she delivers.
