I saw their special deal offer for six hours of landscaping services to spread mulch here on Angie's List. I wanted to use it to have bring mulch and spread it in my front yard, but wasn't sure how much sq. ft. of mulch I would need. I called the office and asked a few questions before buying the deal. On the phone I was told it was best for Josh to come out for an estimate first. Two weeks later he came out. While he was here, I showed him an area that needed landscaping other than just the mulch in front of the house and told him my ideas. Everything I said I wanted done he disagreed with, told me I was wrong with my wishes for the area and told me if I wasn't going to add planting new shrubs the job would not meet his $1,500 minimum to send out a work crew. The landscaping business must be doing well. I hope to one day be so grand as to turn up my nose at a willing, paying customer. When it got to the point where I was refusing to do things his way he asked, "Have you ever hired a landscaping company before?" I've been a homeowner for 30 years. I've hired a lot of companies before, but not his.

We were looking to have them get out all of the weeds all around the house and in the bushes. I was very happy with their work; it took them about 2-3 hours to do all of the work I requested. They did the work in the front and back parts of the yard.

Did not use. I would like to have a reliable landscaping company. I'm afraid to try them this year because I could not get them to come out within a timely manner last year. I will have to look for another company.

They came out and told me he would send me an estimate. They wouldn’t schedule the work to be done until they had a signed contract. When I got the estimate, I thought it was high and I communicated with them that I would want something taken off. They never sent me a new contract and it started to get too late in the season to do the work. I felt like it was too expensive and complicated, however, the guy who came out definitely deserves an A.

It was a good experience. They did what they said they’d do. They sent 4-5 workers who worked quickly, which I liked. I hired them to trim a few branches, pull a few weeds, along with a few other landscaping chores. I have 8 acres and they completed everything that was on my list.

Everything turned out fine, and it's the 3rd or 4th time I've used them. They always do a good job. I was a little surprised by the $75 debris fee they added.

Unfortunately one piece of their equipment wouldn't work so we couldn't get that part of the job done.

They came early one morning and relandscaped a large section of my yard which had been torn up by a plumbing job. It was a mess and when they finished, it looked beautiful.

They did a good job. Our interaction was fine. The work turned out good.

They're very price competitive and they do what they say they're going to do. I didn't have any issues at all.

Josh helped me pick out the plants and took his time doing it. I felt I was getting the best plant selection possible. The crew that planted and transplanted the trees and shrubs were efficient and responsive to my requests.

The plants they provided were very healthy and have thrived, even though they were planted in July.

Very well. The crew was very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

They took their time to do it right. There was one section that sloped the wrong way. They came back immediately and repaved that area.

I've been using them for about three years, and everything is going well. The owner is very accessible when necessary, they're very responsive, and the workers do a good job for the most part. The only issue that I really have is that they sometimes blow the mulch out into the yard, but that's gotten much better.

Everything went well. We were happy with their professionalism, and they did a good job.

In September my mower broke and I needed a reliable company to do my lawn. I got on Angie's List and found Property Pros Land Management. I can't tell you how pleased I am with Josh Springer and the whole crew. My grass was tall and I was in desperate need of getting the lawn done quickly. I talked to Josh and he was helpful and got my lawn done in just a couple of days. Since then they have been prompt and professional with every mowing and interaction. I plan on using them to do my landscape design and patio next spring. I have also recommended them to some of my friends and they have been very happy with the service they've received. I would highly recommend this company.

It went very well. We even had them do additional work.

Provider never scheduled the work and claimed with Angie's list he completed the big deal contract. I am so disappointed and up set that I lost this money. Angie's list will not refund me the money because this company claimed they did the work.

They are a young company and I will not be using them next year.

They do very good work. They are on time and they do thorough work. Their prices are good.

We are extremely happy with Property Pros! Josh came to our house promptly to look at the yard and give us an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to schedule our work. They did everything while I was at work, so I came home to a beautifully landscaped yard- like magic! Josh and Dede, the two people I spoke with during the process, were both very helpful, professional, and pleasant. We would definitely use this company again.

Property Pros is very easy to deal with, always prompt in response and courteous in reply. We hired the company to mow our yard weekly. The crew usually comes on the scheduled day, unless it's raining then they come the next day (only happened once or twice this summer). They do a great job with trimming and edging the lawn so it always looks neat. Grass clippings is a pet peeve of mine but they always clean up after, I don't see any on the sidewalks or driveway. Our 2 year old likes to watch them mow from the glass door and the crew would wave to him. I also hired them to deliver and spread mulch on our beds, they did a great job. Scheduling the estimate was easy, and they fit me into their schedule to get the work done quickly. One of my spruce trees have branches that hug the ground. I lifted the branches and sure enough, they spread that mulch underneath there nicely. Great service, professional, always courteous - would recommend this company.

They always do a great job, the yard has a great cross-cut look after they finish, and they clean up after themselves. Once when my neighbor complained to them that something they hit in the yard cracked their car windshield, they took care of it - very professional.
