They never came out. I set up an appointment for them to come out and look at the job and give me a quote and they never showed up so there's no point in me calling back cause they never show up the first time.

I would certainly hire them if timing was good, and the property was in their service area. Very professional, responsive, and I know they would be a great company to hire.

We really like it. It is wonderful. It makes the house look so different, more modern, more welcome. What stood out the most, besides the fact that it was so drastically different looking, I would say was Josh, the owner. He was just fabulous. The price was a little more than I expected. We were really very happy.

They did the steps, the sidewalk and the driveway. They also ripped out our steps and put new ones in. They had to rip out the whole driveway, we have quite a long driveway and it was a heck of a lot of work and it just rained and rained and rained. So, things went slowly. Part of the sidewalk, I thought, was tilted too much to one side and nobody seemed to really notice it much, except for me. When the owner of the company came out to talk to us about the landscaping portion of our project, he noticed that yes indeed, it was leaning, and so, at no charge, he had his concrete person rip out that new sidewalk and put in new panels that were not tilted. It was pretty fantastic. So he volunteered, we didn't ask. What stood out the most about the job was probably the owner. He comes out to your house and you just really develop a relationship with him. He is so honest and has integrity.

Buyer Beware! These guys can be very persuasive salesmen, but their work is certainly not worth paying the higher price for. They are capable of doing the basic landscaping design and work, but their workmanship is quite lacking. Like many, they are all about low quality speed work and low quality plants. Their knowledge about horticulture is very limited to on-the-job experience. So if you have problems, you will get a wide variety of conflicting excuses aimed at getting away from the added cost to solve your problems. Extremely disappointed and sorry we didn't go with another company.

Josh and Andy were extremely helpful in planning and following through on the job. The crew was professional and attentive to any concerns (there were very few) and adjusted things as needed. The vision the team had for our backyard was spot on and it was worth waiting until the end product. I will be working with this company again for annual maintenance and any work I need on the house going forward. Great experience!

It was easy and comfortable to communicate with the company. Cody was professional and friendly. There were three employees worked on putting down new mulches, trimming one tree, and trimming all bushes in the flower bed. They cleaned up after the work is done. My yard looks so good after the work. This was the first time I use Property Pro, I will use them again when I need more landscaping work done.

Crew of 3 showed up on time. Did excellent work and within the allocated time.

Very well. Initially had to reschedule on their end because of a medical emergency. I was a little concerned because we arranged for a dumpster to take care of what was being cleared out. However, they were kind enough to take it with since the reschedule was on their end. Would definitely use them for any landscaping work in the future.

Great. Delivery was the day following the order. It sure saved me time and energy buying bags and hauling them in my car. I would use them again.

I recently had an injury that prevented me from mowing the yard. I reached out to Property Pros to see if they could fit me into their mow route during the week. I would not have been surprised if they could not as I am sure they are very busy now that the weather has broken. To my amazement, they were able to fit us in and they were there at 9:30am the next morning. It took them 15 minutes to mow, trim, and blow off the hard surfaces. I wish I could do it all that quick. This is the 3rd time we have had Property Pros out and they never disappoint. I see no reason to call anyone else!

Our experience with Property Pros was exceptional. Josh spent over an hour assessing our property and landscaping needs. His office staff and crew were polite, responsive, and incredibly hard-working. Our yard looks absolutely amazing. We highly recommend their services, and plan to continue to us them in the future.

I contacted Property Pros because we recently listed our house and we had an open house scheduled March 5th. Although they were busy, they wanted to help us and fit us in the day before. They cleaned up our yard front and back, cleared our mulched beds of weeds and leaves and applied fresh mulch. It looks great and really made a difference for our open house. Cody was our contact and he was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company. They did a great job.!!

Took down a couple of trees and removed bushes in landscaping. Responded quickly. Work was done fast and efficient. We would definitely use again.

They arrived as scheduled, did every bit of work they could do in the front -- it looked spectacular -- and even moved on to the back. Lots done there, too! Hauled away the trash and got it done right on time. Would have them again and would recommend. Excellent work.

They were okay. For what it was, it just seemed a little bit pricey. For the money, I didn't feel as satisfied with this deal as I had with the other deals. He was fast. The work was okay. I was expecting a lot more to happen than what I got.

Josh is dependable and fast. If something goes wrong he will be accountable to fix it.

I am disappointment with their communication. Very lengthy back and forth. It has been 3 weeks and still no time schedule for the work. It took me multiple follow ups with the company to try to get a date. The contract was vague and difficult to understand. Company indicates a minimum of 3 weeks to for work to be done, but with in 3 weeks I didn't even have any service scheduled. The company is nice, but the processes for scheduling seems to be broken.

I purchased the service via an Angies List Deal. Work was completed as requested. Staff,including office, were polite and explained thoroughly what they would provide. My yard was larger than I expected so there was a slight additional charge but it was fair and reasonable. The work crew made sure they thoroughly aerated and seeded the entire yard. The end result after fertilizing and watering for the past 6-8 weeks is a lawn that looks as good again as it did when it was originally sodded. I am very happy with the service provided by Property Pros Land Mgt. and would recommend them to others.

They came and took a closer look at the tree and notice a crack on one side. They said ants were eating up one side of my tree and the bark was coming off too. I told them to go ahead and cut it down before it fall on my house. They started a little before noon and were finish by 2:00pm. They also did a good job of cleaning up behind them self. A job well done and I am happy that the tree is gone.
