Very nice work. However, I bought an Angie's deal and this company was overwhelmed with the response. I believe the owner, was trying to organize the schedule and call back clients and he did his best with a few hiccups. But otherwise, the work itself was great. I would use them again, but would suggest they hire a clerical person to assist if they offer another Angie's List Big Deal.

Some of the work in big deal they decided not to do so we asked for a refund and it was gladly given.

It was OK. I used them for several more hours above the deal amount so I spent over $1000 more. I used them already last year. We had issues last year but we had them resolved. There was some work that wasn't completed for example they blew one flowerbed into the neighbors yard, but they cleaned it up.

The 6 hours of landscaping went fine. I am a little picky with my landscaping though and the owners were very helpful to make sure that I was pleased. I would give them a B+.

Ok work, but very unprofessional. At the initial consult visit, the vehicle that the worker was riding in broke down. They asked my husband to sign for the tow truck, because he couldn't stay. Who does this? The yard work overall was ok. However, The debris from the yard cleanup stayed by our curbside several days, had to call them to come get it. Definitely will not be using them again.

It was great. We continue to use them.

The work itself was good. The installers were politte and responsive. The office side of the matter was a completely different experience. We purchased the coupon for the clean up service of 6 hours for $199.00, on March 11th. At the time of purchase we asked for early May installation. Not listened to, but we adapted our schedule to be available. After meeting with Josh Springer we were provided with an itemized list and cost estimate. We sent in the prescribed amount. This estimate was based on hourly labor expenses. We certainly understand that weather can play havoc on scheduling but received no communication as to when reschedule would occur. We had to initiate confirmation of when service would originally commence (I called because the forecast was dire) nor contacted when it would be recheduled (I called again after waiting at the site for an hour and a half) Project began at 0900 and was completed at 1 p.m. There were 4 people for the first 2 hours and 3 for the last 2 hours. The billing is very interesting and when questioned new charges were appearing on the final invoice (ie travel time to the dump ) It took communication with the owner to resolve the situation. I would never use them again as the office support staff possesses poor communication skills, and does not convey a professional attitude when dealing with customers (sent us an email intended for the owner regarding us), and defensive when asked questions. I have never written a negative review before and was sorely disappointed in this experience. If you do use them, make sure you are on the premises as plantings were not being installed where originally discussed.

Very professional from management to work crew. Will be using them again for additional landscaping projects.

The service was okay, they did a good job.

They came out for a fall clean up. This is my first time owning a home and as a full time working single mom I had no extra time to get the job done. The owners before were Master Gardeners so I needed all the help I could get considering I know nothing about what I need to do. They came exactly when they said they would, cut back all my trees and bushes in addition to removing all the leaves. The workers that came out were incredibly polite even dealing with my more than aggressive neighbor. I would highly recommend them. There is no glamour in fall clean up but I hope to get these guys out again to help me this spring.

The consultant showed up, said that our property was much too small for the amount of money that we paid for the design consultation, and that they provided free consultations for property as small as ours. We were told to call back in spring 2013 and someone would come back out. I had called and left a few voice mails the following spring, and no one ever returned them. Basically, nothing was ever done, and we paid $50 for nothing. Now it is 2014, and I only just now remembered that I hadn't ever left a review.

The deal did not include cutting down or carting away the dead wood. In the end the estimate was written up as pick up sticks. I did the work myself and had a bonfire to get rid of leaves, sticks etc. Took less than two hours. The deal should be more explicit as to what they are willing to perform for the money!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were supposed to provide a landscape plan, but I never got it. I never really got what I was hoping for. They came out to my house, but never followed up on what they were going to do. I think the guy showed up when he was supposed to.

They were pretty good. The trimming was good but the plants he brought in looked sickly. This included hydrangeas and possibly lavender that did not look healthy to begin with; they did not survive. The plants did not come with a warranty.

It went fine. He came and aerated the lawn and did follow up.

The crew showed up on the day promised and, even though it was a cloudy and at times rainy day, they found a dry space of time that allowed the work to be completed. They were professional and the work was done as had been agreed upon. The only reason I might not use them again would be that they are on the far side of town quite away from my area. I understand they are beginning to do more home landscape work and that might cause me to change my mind in the future.

Everything went well. They were very knowledgeable and laid things out clearly, they were easy to contact, and they provided a competitive estimate. However, we ultimately chose another company that was able to do the landscaping and remodel our kitchen at the same time.

We didn’t need to be home when they did the work.

They came out today approximately 2 hours earlier than scheduled, and called me at my office to talk about the work. I was going into a meeting, and he would not just communicate with me via texting. He said that he had a lot of other things that they needed to do in the yard above the deal. He said he would send me an invoice, but he hasn't yet. I just wanted to have the yard cleaned up, not to be upsold. I have never had such a miss in expectations from a purchase made through Angie's List. With multiple super service awards and over 350 reports This is not the case for our company as we are actively involved in the creation processes for Angie's list (Angie's list technology advisory board 2013-present) .We have successfully ran big deals from its start and do so as a request due to praised years of execution of the large number of purchases. I am sure you did not expect your landscaper to know who you are,but it is a small world . Your high level career probably demands your full attention during the day. For interrupting your day I am sorry. I am the owner of the Company and take pride in my commitment to customer service and company execution. I personally feel like I was completely disrespected . Everyone has bad days ,I understand this fact so my intent was to counter the first impression with a discount for services provided. Josh came to the house to give me an estimate on restaining my deck and gave me ideas on things that I could do myself to save some money. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would be there and stayed for almost an hour answering every question that I had. He was extremely friendly and did not try to sell me on anything. He gave me advice on ways to do it myself and was extremely honest and up front. I would definitely recommend Property Pros to anyone.

I was supposed to be contacted by this company within two business days. I was not contacted by the company, I emailed the company and never received a response. After 3 weeks I am requesting a refund.

Josh Springer came out for the estimate. I found him super affable and informative. I never met who actually did the work on my yard but they did a great job. I have an extensive amount of landscaping so they had a lot of things to do. Fall cleanup is not that glorious but they did a good job. I found the price high; however, this is the first time I have used a landscaping company, so take that with a grain of salt.

Due to the large response to the deal, it took some time to get scheduled. There was an initial misunderstanding about how much of the existing flower bed would get fabric and mulch, but after discussing with Josh, we came to an agreeable solution. They did a great job and we are pleased with the results.

It went well. All the work was done well, and I felt I got a lot of work done for the price.
