Description of Work: Got the big deal for landscaping. Owners were great, easy to work with, answered my questions, timely follow up. Workers who came and did mulching and clean up were great. Area they worked on looks the best it has ever looked. Very impressed with the company.

Description of Work: Trim shrubs, Clean-up Day Lillies, Weed mulched areas, Edge sidewalk & drive way, Haul away the trimmings The crew was very pleasant and worked hard. They had an equipment failure and went and purchased a new tool to complete the job. They stayed until the job was done.

Description of Work: I bought the special $50 consultation. I received an email with the estimate, but it was very confusing and I contacted who was the person who came to my house and did the estimate. So the price is high, I don't know what services it includes, and no one wants to talk to me. i have concluded that they don't want to do this work for me and I am out $50.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $50. It was to include a consultation and design of landscape. I called the company and josh was to come out on a Thursday at 2pm. He called to reschedule due to the heat. We rescheduled for Mon., July 2nd. Josh showed up at the scheduled time and we consulted on what we would like to be done. Josh said that he would email the drawings and quote by the next Monday, July 9th. To date, July 17th, I have not heard a word from Josh. This is despite the fact that I have sent him 2 emails and called the office directly. Josh was very pleasant and knowledgeable when he came out. I was very much looking forward to working with him, but, his lack of responsiveness and total disregard to my inquiries leaves me worried that he is not capable of getting the job done. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Description of Work: Spent $50 through Angie's list for a "landscaping design plan" and received a poorly detailed estimate for landscaping work instead.

Description of Work: I paid $50 for a $300 "landscape design" that Angie's List promoted as one of the daily deals. The guy came out and gave me an estimate and said I would not be getting a sketch nor a plan, just the list of plants and a dollar amount. Most companies offer estimates free -- I'd feel even more sick if I paid the full $300 retail value. Other lanscapers guarantee their plants for one to two seasons -- this company told me 120 days.

Description of Work: This is the best lawn service/ yard service company i have ever used. Because of the work they did for me, I gor them 2 other jobs from friends. i highly recommend them and the services they provide. they weeded and layed over 13 yards of mulch.

Description of Work: I bougth the big deal for 8 hours of landscaping work. I called to schedule the appointment, and it took 2 months to get scheduled. On the day they were scheduled to perform the work, they did not show up. I called them and they said they left me messages, which I never received. They think they may have been calling the wrong number. I requested a refund.

Description of Work: As part of a Big Deal, this company aerated our lawn. Theyh came on a Saturday, in order to perform while the soil was moist. They were courteous and the service performed was as expected.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal offered by this company for $249. The offer was for 8 man hours of landscape labor. My initial call to schedule the service was not returned for a week. I called them a second time and the call was returned two days later. At that time I was able to schedule a date and time for the work to be done. They never showed for the appointment and did not even bother to call. Approximately two weeks later I called them again and left a message. That was 3 days ago and I've still heard nothing back. So...I called Angie's List and they were kind enough to refund my $249. I'm assuming this company is offering a Big Deal to obtain new clients. One would think they would want to make the best impression possible in order to secure a new customer. We, for instance, have a huge amount of landscaping that needs to be completed. I would estimate $20,000 total. It was our intention to give this company a try by using the big deal and, if we were impressed, use them for the other landscaping. Through poor customer service and unprofessionalism they lost a big job and gained an "F" report on Angie's List.
