Perfectly. Carpets look and smell great. We called, left a message and received a call back within a couple of hours. After explaining what we needed we were able to come to an agreement and he came the next morning, right on time. He got right to work and finished in the estimated time frame quoted. We have 2 cats and a dog, off white carpet that now looks amazing, Had some rust spots from an old trunk that he was able to get out. Our sofa and chair which had never been cleaned look like new (both are about 8 years old). Wish I'd taken before and after photos......I'll definitely use this company again. Very professional, knows what he's doing, been in business 35 years!

I have been using Prestigious Carpet & Upholstery Care for 20 years, they do work in my home and my business, and I regularly refer them to everyone who needs help with any kind of solid surface flooring, tile, carpet, upholstery, etc. They will even beautifully clean oriental rugs. They are very reasonably priced and completely trustworthy. They can clean just about anything you throw their way, even antique rugs, high end materials, and things you just wouldn't trust with someone else. They are also very professional and will tell you if they think it's something they can't do.

Excellent. We scheduled to have this done when we were out of town, so that Ron could access everything without our coming in an out. Plus we wanted the rugs to fully dry before we walked on them. Ron was trustworthy, highly professional and did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with the upholstery service. Very pleasant experience. Our couch was in desperate need of cleaning and now looks brand new. It even FEELS softer. I cannot speak to the pricing since I have never used upholstery cleaning services before. But next time this service is needed I will be calling this company. Thank you.

They came and did a good job. They came and cleaned a couple of days before I moved. I had no dislikes, I liked everything. The guy was very personable, and it was good service.

It took them around four hours to clean all the carpet in the house. They did a really great job getting out a lot of really tough stains. It's been about a year but the carpet is still fairly clean.

Outstanding service. I don't have the dates or price handy, but he cleaned our carpets last spring, and we are preparing to call him again, as soon as we get past the worse of the mud season. He also did a great job on our church carpet following a water pipe break this past winter. He's honest, and I feel that his prices are quite reasonable.

Our rugs are very colorful and when I contacted Mr. Hobbs I had a number of questions related to cleaning solutions, fading, running of dyes, etc. He answered every inquiry to my satisfaction and we set a date for an estimate. He arrived as promised, gave his estimate, removed all the rugs single-handedly (some quite large and heavy) in 98 degree weather! He cleaned them while we were on vacation and sure enough, on Monday after we returned from vacation he called to say the rugs were finished! They were absolutely gorgeous after his work! The colors are vivid and the rugs are soft as ever! We are so very appreciative of the quality service we received from Prestigious, and Mr. Hobbs in particular. Professional in every way.
