Description of Work: Minimum visit fee was $150. Ron has worked to remove coffee stains on sofa. Because he charges a minimum fee, even for a small job, he was willing to tackle a few spots on our carpet as well. We were pleased with his service and look forward to having him back again.

Description of Work: I live in a small condominium.The price for just the traffic ares was $300.I feel this is way too high. I also had 3 oriental small rugs that had blood on them from an accident that I had where I was cut. He sent these out to Poindexters for cleaning, but did not tell me that he was going to do this. This fee was $350. I had to return to Poindexters for repair and found that the pickup and delivery fee is only $10 and the charge That prestigious charged was about double the actual price. I will not use this service again. My rugs are satisfactorly cleaned but this firm is way too high in pricing.
