They were working on my neighbors yard and trampled through mine multiple times during the process. All while parking a trailer and skid steer in my cul-de-sac blocking my garbage cans from being picked up and my mailbox. I called and asked why only to be berated by Andrew and then hung up on...I am in the wrong for wanting them to move and not drag things through my yard for my neighbors project evidently. I called back to get yelled at by Andrew again. I have never been treated so ridiculously by a contractor or really anyone for that matter. I sincerely would not work with this company.

TERRIBLE! WE HIRED THEM MIDDLE MAY - PAID 50% DEPOSIT ON A PATIO WITH RETAINING WALL AND FRONT YARD LANDSCAPING PROJECT. TOLD US START MIDDLE JUNE. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, I ALWAYS CALLED WHEN THE TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START CAME AND WENT. KEEP TELLING US EXCUSES - WEATHER AND ANOTHER LARGE PROJECTS THEY WERE WORKING ON. SAID BECAUSE IT WAS NEW HOUSING THEY HAD TO COMPLETE DUE TO CLOSINGS, ETC. GUESS I SHOULD HAVE FIGURED THEN WHERE WE STOOD. AFTER CALLING AND CHECKING ON A DATE (THAT THEY COULD NEVER GIVE US - ONLY AREA OF TIME, WHICH CAME AND WENT) THEY TOLD ME AT END OF JULY THEY WOULD GET TO US TO SCHEDULE A DATE. WE SAID FINE LETS SAY THEN AUGUST 6 (2 WEEKS LATER THEN WHEN THEY THOUGHT THEY MIGHT START). THEY TOLD US THEY COULDN'T DO IT THEN AND COULDNT COMMIT TO A DATE - STILL AFTER 90 DAYS OF HOLDING OUR MONEY AND THEY COULDNT MAKE ANY EFFORT TO GET THE JOB DONE! I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK - AND THEY DID SEND IT TO US. I WENT LOOKING AGAIN AND FOUND GRANDVIEW - EXCELLENT CHOICE. THEY STARTED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF OUR PROPOSAL AND DID A SUPER JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. BY THE WAY I CALLED THE OWNER AFTER WE DECIDED TO MOVE ON TO TELL HIM THAT TREATING A CUSTOMER AS THEY DID ME WONT KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. ALL I SAY HERE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM OASIS AS THEY ONLY CARE IF YOU ARE A LARGE COMMERCIAL USER. MY PROJECT WAS OVER $10,000 AND I HAVE ADDITIONAL WORK I WILL USE GRANDVIEW FOR NEXT YEAR. THIS COMPANY REPRESENTS ONE OF THE WORSE SERVICE COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Oasis Outdoor Living & Landscapes was fantastic. We contacted them and they came out right away and provided us with several design options. We didn't want just a square or rectangular patio and they worked with us to ensure our project was both visually pleasing and functional for our family. The crew arrived when they said they would and always picked up after themselves each day. The landscaping around the patio added just the right touches to make our backyard feel warm and cozy. We really feel like our space is an extension of our home.

Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was open to our ideas but also creative and gave us suggestions. I really appreciated that as this is our first time doing anything like this. I met him at our home while my husband was at work. As a 28 year old female, I don't know much about landscaping. He would have easily taken advantage of that but he definitely did not. He wasn't pushy at all and he didn't try to rush through the process. He sent over an estimate and also included some ideas to help us stay within our budget. We decided that we are going to wait until next spring to build a patio but we will definitely consider using them when that time comes. It was a great experience.

I never used these people or heard of them but for some reason Angie's List emails me all the time to review them. Hopefully this will make them stop.

They did a very nice job. We added and changed some things along the way and they were very responsive and easy to work with. The job took longer than projected but the end result was good. We love our new patio.

Called friday afternoon to request a paverstone patio and firepit quote. I received a call back late tuesday afternoon from one of their designers. After asking if we'd had other quotes (and we have) and what size patio we wanted, he said he could see our house from google street view and would send us a quote or we could wait a couple weeks for him to come out. He said he would send one over that afternoon or the next morning at the latest. Two days later, no quote. I understand that bigger jobs are worth more, but to offer a phone in quote, and then not even deliver on that is terrible. After reading the other positive reviews, I expected much better. So I'd say if you don't have a big job, don't bother.

Very good. Professional, good ideas, knowledgeable. I will likely hire in the future, just trying to get things lined up.

I requested a bid for a new paver patio. Took 10 days for someone to even show for the bid. Took another 2 weeks (approximately) for the estimate to be ready but it was never emailed to me. I did receive a phone call that the estimate was emailed but I never received it. By this time I had already contracted with another Provider so I did not follow up further.

Shane's did a great job. At first I was worried since everything associated with building our home, and the move in, was tightly timed. Shane's came through and did everything according to plan, the result was exactly what we needed. As good as the original work was, what was even more impressive was how they followed up after the fact. We ended up finding one of the underground drain pipes was spliced during the original planting. When we called Shane's, they took responsibility and repaired the pipe without question. I would definitely recommend Shane's to anyone who's interested in getting high quality work at a fair price.

We would recommend them for landscaping work like patios and altering landscaping! They did impeccable work, were quick and efficient, friendly and respectful while on our property, and prompt and easy to communicate with. They did a fabulous job, especially on the brick work and patio! Very pleased with our results and have had no issues. We felt the price was on the expensive side, but the work spoke well for paying more. However, we hired them the next summer to just prune the flower beds and mulch and we felt that was excessively overpriced and would not hire them for that again. But for building and re-landscaping I have no complaints about their work!

I contacted this company for an estimate to rebuild a landscape wall in my front yard, and they took THREE WEEKS to even reply to provide an estimate. The estimate that they gave was twice as much as the competitive bid that I received and eventually accepted. I would not recommend working with this company, due to their slowness and excessive costs.

Design and install were great - also responsiveness to follow items and needs were outstanding.

They laid down all the mulch in about 2 hours.

Came to my home. I had to leave work early to meet the gal. She looked at my yard and said she would get back to me with an estimate. At no time did she say it would take 2 weeks just to get the estimate. It took approx. 2 weeks for someone to look at the yard. When I called 2 days later to ask about the estimate they said it would be 10 days to 2 weeks before an estimate could be presented. They then stated they could not even give me an estimate as to when the work could be started if I agreed to the estimate. I realize this is their busy season and they must do good work to be so far out on their schedule but one would think they could tell you up front that it takes so long to even get the estimate. Very disappointed.

Rob Delaby and his crew installed a beautiful patio and gas fire pit in our back yard. The patio is approximately 320 square feet and is flanked by large boulders and new landscaping. In addition to the patio and fire pit, we added new trees, shrubs, and relocated and split several existing hostas in our back yard, side yard and part of our front yard. We added landscape lighting to accent the back yard landscaping as well. The crew that worked on the project were very polite and great to work with. In fact, several neighbors commented on how neat and tidy the crew was throughout the project as they cleaned up each evening as they finished working as they were hauling dirt, gravel, etc. to our back yard from the street. The project turned out exactly as we had planned it with no variation from the budget (except for a few add ons that we requested during the project). In fact, some of the third party work that had to be done (gas line, electrical work) was cheaper than estimated. They were always responsive to our requests and questions throughout the project. I'd highly recommend working with Shane's for any outdoor project.

No complaints about this company. I called to set up an appt for an estimate. They answered the phone, set up the appt and those doing the estimate arrived on time. They provided the estimate in the time frame they explained to me while onsite. They responded to questions quickly as well. I selected another company for the job based on seeing their work and the referrals from friends. Great company to do business with and I would recommend them even though I didn't go with them for the job.

The estimate is about $20,000. They are good so far. Katherine is our designer architect. She is very prompt, professional, and easy to work with.

Shanes has done work for us for a very long time, They are wonderful, honest and hardworking. He also has fair prices.

Went great! Rob Delaby is great to work with....explains exactly what needed to be done, and he and his crew fulfilled.

Kathy was great with her planning of this job and her communication from estimate to completion was great. She asked the right questions to find out what kind of plants I liked at my previous address and what would work in the future for my "new" house. On the day of the work, she also went around the house to see what other needs they might fill that day which led to the use of the extra topsoil plus repositioning of landscape bricks near the bases of two trees. She explained at least two times the watering needs of the new plants. Can't forget, it was she who asked the crew to incorporate my rocks, fossils, very old watering can, etc. as additions to the new bed. All this looks great, quite a transformation, and I have enjoyed the many compliments received from neighbors and family. They even ask for the company's name with one person telling me she will give the name to others.

Workers were excellent. Fast, careful, and efficient.

The whole experience was great! Kathy and her crew communicated with me on every step of the process. The removal went smoothly and so did the installation of the new landscaping. Great work done by great people! Use Shane's if you want great work done in a timely fashion!

Shane's sent a representative out to look at our space and prepare a quote. I went to the Stone Center to look at the selection of pavers available and was met by the project coordinator. She helped me to choose paver colors and styles. After receiving our quote and comparing it to others we chose Shane's. We made some changes which were no problem to accommodate and scheduled the service. The workers were efficient and careful and we are very happy with the results. The project coordinator followed up to make sure we were happy with the work and had no questions. Overall our experience went smoothly and we are very happy to recommend Shane's .

Shane was very prompt and helpful. He provided the estimate back to me very quickly. I would recommend him to others.
