Dustin did a great job of eliminating the squirrels from my attic and removing debris and insulation from my attic and then replacing it with new insulation. Highly recommend.

We hired Nuisance to seal up a 94 year old home in which we had seen a few mice. Dustin did great work that included a two-year warranty. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The only thing that could have been better was communication during the process, as it took a bit longer than expected to complete the full job. I recommend Nuisance if you need this type of service.

They initially performed a decent job. However, they do not honor their 2-year warranty that they provide at the time of service. When I called them to address a follow up issue that should have been covered under warranty, they stalled, then did not show up on the day they said they would, then they quit answering text and phone messages. They do not stand behind their warranty.

Poor or no communication. The owner will not provide an alternate way to contact him because he did not receive my multiple text. The telephone voicemail is generally full. The email address is only good to make a payment. When I emailed the company, the emailed returned and was not deliverable. Dustin has not returned to take care of the issue. When the dryer vent cover was placed, it was not secured . I found the vent laying on the side of the house. I was informed the area would be secured using screws but it was caulked poorly. The There is piping sticking out of our home that the company inserted and never returned to remove and repair.

They were good to work with. Took a while to finish up the project, but that was a combination of lots of raccoons to remove, them being busy with other projects, and weather delays.

James was awesome to work with and got rid of my pests. Would use them again if I needed too

They're still working on the problem as I've had several e try points for the animal. They're very thorough and diligent and have a two year guarantee even if an animal digs a new spot in the house. Very impressed with them!

I turned to Nuisance Wildlife Services after two other companies left me hanging with ongoing rodent control issues. Dustin offered to seal my whole home where others would only seal for four feet off the ground! Moreover, their "sealing" was incompetent. Dustin sees the house's vulnerabilities and has the skills and drive to repair them.

They responded to my concerns in reasonable time. They were able to get a very uncooperative mamma and three babies out of my atticâ ¦.house is now sealed and I am hoping to never have this problem again. But my two year contract should cover any issues that come up.

I appreciate how quickly they came out to give me a free estimate. While I feel the service was thorough, communication was NOT. Because they would come at times I was not home for outdoor services, I would ask for pictures and they did not respond. I asked for pictures of my attic.. they did not provide them. It?s nice to have the 2 year warranty included, but I guess I?m just not sure exactly what work is being done. I do know that the animals are being kept out, so I thank Nuisance Wildlife Services for that.

Dustin and Matthew were great. They remove the pests quickly. They did exactly what needed to be done. They are very nice and pleasant. I have full confidence they can handle any job. I would highly recommend Nuisance Wildlife Services.

They were wonderful. Dustin explained everything that they were going to do and even told me some things about raccoons I didn't know. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Great job. Squirrels had been up to shenanigans long enough to cause quite a bit of damage along the very steep roofline. Dustin came up with a solution. Also he came out on three separate occasions to retrieve squirrels from the live traps to save themâ ¦even at 9 p.m. Timely, quality work with great communication.

Dustin & his guys did a great job he was quick to respond to my need of his services came out explain what problem I had in detail & what I needed to do then got back work take care of the job & beyond, they did a great job & I would recommend they to anyone needing their service.
