I discovered several holes and baby squirrels living in my soffit. Called NWSL and Brandon was out the same day. He did a complete inspection of my home and offered a humane solution to ridding my attic of the squirrels! I am now squirrel free and no animals were hurt in the process. Dustin called me yesterday morning rather than waiting till today. He suggested we might want to get ahead of the expected rain. He came and found the Opossom in the screen enclosure, caught and trapped it and took it away. Very reasonable price and extremely professional results. I really appreciate his calling yesterday instead of waiting till the appointment today.

Dustin and his team did a fabulous job of ridding us of our unwanted attic rats and racoons. Not only did they get rid of the critters but they also sealed all entry points, removed all existing insulation that the animals had dirtied and destroyed, sanitized the entire attic after removal and blew in all new insulation. In addition, they gave us a 2 year warranty on the job as well as the ability to transfer this protection to new owners should we sell the property within the next 2 years. They were extremely neat, professional, timely and their rates were very competitive. We highly recommend NWS to anyone with the same critter issues.

I was extremely pleased with the work. Even though they didn't find what I thought was a snake, Shane gave me the assurance that no snake was in the home. I'm still having the same problem, but saw that it's a large lizard on the cameras. I also appreciated their contacting me and agreeing to come right way; however, when this didn't occur and I tried to contact them, I was told, they normally require two days notice. If the had told me this in the beginning, I would have looked for someone else, which I had to anyway. Overall, I still appreciate their coming and Shane was extremely nice.

Great company, I struggled for 9 months with a rat problem, I contacted them and with-in 2 weeks my issue was resolved. I even have a 2 year warranty. Dustin and his team was fantastic.

Dustin & his team were great. Very professional, suggested fixes to the problem and so far so good. He offers a military discount and the work is guaranteed for 2 years. Totally worth it and will use them again if needed.

Hereâ s why I like Dustin and his people. They take this critter-catching thing personally. If they owned and lived in my house, they couldnâ t have worked any harder getting my crawl space closed in and my home wrapped up tight. I actually had to stop myself a couple of times from saying, â oh, you donâ t have to do that.â They did it. And more. Stuff I would have never found and never known about, they repaired. They even anticipated places tree rats may someday take a liking to and reinforced them also. They caught and humanely relocated a raccoon and a possum. The big rat that had been harassing us, alas, did not fare as well. He wonâ t be missed. They did all this with courtesy and good humor. Donâ t waste time with any other company. Hire these people.

I hired two companies prior who were not honest or fair. This is an amazing company. Please do not hire another company without consulting this one. You WILL NOT REGRET IT.

A FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Dustin came to my home. Evaluated my problem with roof rats and squirrels...THROUGHLY photographed and pinpointed the problem areas. After 2 weeks the problem was eliminated plus I have a warranty, which no one else would give. I had paid to have this service done three other times in the last year. Sometimes these fellows had to come twice a day. I text one of their mobile phone phones. They arrived & removed pest caught in cages and returned to the forest in a humane way. Dustin, Phil and Shane are a great bunch of guys with integrity. I wish they did other types of work, because you can count on them to do what they say they will do. Obviously, after a a few days to a week, you need to take some responsibility and let them know you hear something has been rattling around. You are not their only customer. They do excellent work. In one day one of the guys traveled to Foley; back to my house in PNS and then to Niceville. They earn their money and all are hardworking!

Dustin was awesome. Worked fast and removed a dead opossum from under our mobile home.
