Description of Work: Charlie Means with C&M installed a new roof at our rental property. He had to work around another company that was hired to remove and asbestos roof, which added extra trips. Besides installing a new roof, they re-built the overhangs, flashed the chimneys, and installed new gutter boards at the garage. There were several unforseen extras, such as rotted and poorly built overhangs that I had Charlie repair. I felt he was very fair with the extra charges. I have been in the construction business all my life and was very familiar with with the problems that came up.What I was most impressed with was the quality of the workmanship. His crew handled every detail, whether expected or unexpected, in the best way. As a home inspector, I have seen thousands of roofs and they did all the work the way it should be done. Believe me, that is not always the case. I would, and do, refer everyone needing roof work to C& M Roofing.
