Contracted another

We liked the prompt communications with Kevin and Greg. We had asked another company for an estimate and it took almost two weeks to get it. This was our first venture into the unknown with Angie's List - Applied 3D Tree Services was the closet to our house and seemed to have very good ratings, so we decided to ask them for an estimate - this was very easy since it only took one button click on the website. We got a reply from Greg a couple hours later saying that they would be out in the morning to look at the trees. Kevin left a message the next morning to double-check that it was the thinner Ash, not the big one. When I called him back he had the estimate ready and they emailed their proposal within an hour. Their price seemed reasonable, so we signed it and sent it right back. A few days later I came home to find my trees missing - there were no sticks in the yard and the bushes I planted too close to the Birch tree were completely untouched! The cleanup was exceptional - you could not tell that they had been there. Thanks Kevin and Greg!

Greg responded promptly to an email inquiry, sent an estimate, let us know when he could start, did the work and cleaned up after. Trimmed a lilac that was not part of the agreement at no additional charge. Discussed the best timing to trim a crabapple and agreed to come back after we had a hard freeze. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Since we had done a majority of the work, they only charged us to finish off the work. They were very respectful and knew what they were doing. We felt that they were very reasonable and if needed, we would use them again.

Applied 3D is simply fantastic. I was worried about damage to other trees and landscaping, but they did the job without any damage. Not only are they cheaper than their rivals, their quality of work is superior. I would recommend them for any job.

Gave me estimate on Friday evening and came Saturday morning at the time indicated. Trimmed trees quickly and safely. Good price and quality work. Was careful of deck below limbs being trimmed and cleaned up nicely. Even swept the deck.

Very well. Greg and Kevin did a great job sectioning the tree and lowering the pieces to the ground without hitting the house, sidewalk, or wellhead.

I had had my house on the market for over a year and needed the guttering and tree work done immediately. Even though Greg was ill that day and it was raining he worked the entire day not only doing the repairs, but took photos that I could show the buyers and the inspector. I would give this company my highest recommendation with no hesitation!

I called and talked to Greg about getting an estimate. He was able to stop by that afternoon to give an estimate. He was super nice and professional. He gave us some advice about some other trees in our yard. We would definitely have used him if we hadn't gotten another estimate for 1/2 of his quote. ($400.00)

It went very well. They were very responsive. They gave us a quote and started when they said they would. They take quite a lot of pride in their work. Greg obviously knew a lot about trees. I'd give him a top rating and would definitely use him again.

EXCELLENT! Work began within a week of signing contract. Work was completed within a week (a few rain days in the middle). My lawn was not damaged and the entire yard was cleaned up nicely. This is a wonderful company and we will definitely use them again.

We had some damage from the hail storm two years ago but not enough to warrant a new roof so we hired 3D to do some minor repairs. In the process he pointed out other places of concern around the chimney that needed repair and also some siding that was starting to rot. All were repaired to our satisfaction. The work was done well and done as stated in the estimate.

They did a great job over the course of two days. The tree that fell took out the fence that keeps our dogs contained. They were very careful to work around the temporary fence we put up so the dogs did not get out.
