+ -1 moreWe replaced National ServAll with Waste Management a few years ago and we've been generally happy with their service. They don't provide the selective service that we received with ServAll nor do they talk down to you on the telephone. Only once did I receive a notice that one of my barrels wouldn't work on their truck, but it worked before and has worked fine since then. When I first notified ServAll of the switch to Waste Management, the lady on the phone was incredulous - didn't I know that they were more expensive and that I was paying more so that Waste Management could use the landfill managed by ServAll? Perhaps when they have a more professional customer service staff...
Description of Work: Collect two or more garbage bins per week, paid quarterly.
