Tri-Scape Lawn Maintenance

On Friday Jan-3rd, after the city snow plows ran down our street and after I had cleared all the snow from in from of my mail box. I saw tri-scape lawn maintenance plow the drive next door. They shoveled snow in front of my mailbox. There was an area about 10 ft. by 20 ft. with snow about 1 ft. deep left by tri-scape. I came home about 10 min. before tri-scape started their work and was leaving about 3 min. after they finished and that is when I noticed all the snow in front of our mail box. The next door occupants shoveled a 2 ft. by 6 ft. area in front of my mail box but that still left a large amount to hinder mail delivery and trash pick up. I called tri-scape "Sheri" that Friday evening and she said they would come out Saturday morning and clear it. It is now apx. 4pm on Sat and still not cleared. Although the mail truck was able to get thru, they may not be able to get thru when we get the next snow scheduled for Sunday Jan-5th. I work hard to clear for myself and the postal and trash workers and do not like inconsiderate actions like this.
