Top Notch has been handling our tree service needs for the last 15 years. Our landscaping is very formal and we have many trees on the property. The work they've done for us has been outstanding. The cleanup is thorough. Despite the challenges our property presents -- they've never damaged our landscaping or buildings. Kenny is a tree guy -- he's not a salesman -- and we trust him thoroughly with pricing, the scope of the work to be done, and completing the work in a reasonable period of time.
Description of Work: Most recently he removed hanging limbs. Over the years he has removed trees, "dead-wooded" existing trees, and trimmed trees.

April 18 - Called for proposal, Kenny said he would do by Friday of same week. April 2 - Called again, he said he lost my info & would be out. He did come and provided a proposal of $260.00. It was very rainy and wet, so he said they would call when ground dry enough to work. May 2 - Called to add more work to proposal. He said someone with my first name had called and canceled the job and asked me to read off what he had listed on the first proposal. June 6th - I called, he said he lost my proposal and will do the work on Saturday, or Monday or Tuesday at the latest. June 11 (Sat) - no call, no show. June 13 (Mon) - no call, no show. June 14 (Tues) - no call, no show so called him. Left a message. He returned call - said his truck broke down and he could do it on Friday. I told him this was not acceptable. He said he could do it on Wednesday. I told him if not today (Tuesday) then not at all. He said he could not do it on Tuesday so I canceled our agreement.
Description of Work: I received a proposal for tree & stump removal on April 18th. After repeated phone calls, I finally called and cancelled with Top Notch on June 14th.
