replacement windows
+ -1 more1) All emails and fax unanswered. 2) PLC said would get back to me, repeated PLC will only replace glass and not frame and frame is the problem, will only sell glass at cost, no labor or shipping.
Description of Work: Had windows installed by ESE in Virginia, now out of business, but lifetime warranty was with St. James Windows. They refuse to honor the warranty. I will have to pay another company to fit windows.
