I'm just livid over that incredible waste of time with that so-called plumber. Can't believe they have billed for his. I have done a lot MORE work MYSELF to try to figure out why the water bill is high than that guy did. He didn't even bother flushing a toilet to see if any of the toilets could be the issue. Didn't turn on any water faucets so look for dripping. I opened cabinets myself to look underneath to look for dripping. Just kept saying the little arrow on the meter would move if there was a leak. I've looked at that arrow many times myself already. If that's all he was going to do he should have told us at the outset and not come over. As soon as he left I flushed a toilet, the chain got stuck in the open position and I fixed it myself. Had to shorten the chain. Seriously lazy guy , all he did was do what I've done myself a thousand times already . And I've done more on top of that. Criminal to bill me for this. I will make sure never to have that company come over again.

I wouldn't hire anyone else. I've had them about 3-4 times and they are exceptional. I have recommended them to many family & friends

Someone came out and looked at it and I agreed to pay the fee to have someone bring a camera out and check for blockages. No one ever came out, called or returned the 3 voicemails I left or email I sent from the Angie's list message center.

Very pleasant scheduler, though had to wait several days before time available. Plumber did quality work, but seemed to take a long time and was not friendly and grumbled a bit.

It went great! Two personable, capable gentlemen worked together and quickly solved my plumbing problems.

I had a basement drain that was clogged. Called them and they were out there in 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

I have called this provider twice in the last 6 months & had to leave a message both times. I have never received a call back.

They were prompt, polite, honored coupon and performed only work that was required. Replaced frozen spigot that had split and tightened bolts on toilet to keep from leaking. Price was fair and service professional.

The task included a leaky pipe, a kitchen faucet that wouldn't dispense hot water and a garbage disposer that wouldn't work. The service person tried several approaches to see if he could restore service to the disposer before pronouncing it dead. He replaced the disposer at a very fair and reasonable price. He fixed the leak in the water supply and then spent considerable time troubleshooting and finding the blockage in the water line to the faucet. Restoring functionality in the faucet saved $150 or more. He also supplied helpful advice on how to avoid problems in the future to minimized problems. He also unplugged a drain in a half bath and tried to fix a toilet, but advised replacing it as a better alternative. It is functional now, but its continued use is ill advised. He was very helpful, polite and focused on providing good service which was appreciated. I will call them again.

He was great, quiet and just got on with the job, a real honest professional that I would use again.

The service was excellent. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. It's hard to find a good plumber since my dad is a retired plumber. Will definitely use again. Price was fair for the work!

They are wonderful. They came that day. They tried to get parts only to discover the manufacturer wasn't making them anymore. They got a water heater and installed it. I got water the same day they got here.

Arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work requested. Quality was very good, with no shortcuts taken on fittings. Went over and above when the flu needed to be re-routed to a different entry into a masonry chimney. Sealed it with hydraulic cement that he happened to have on the truck. Excellent work at a fair price. Would definitely use them again in the future;

We needed a plumber because I attempted to install this attachment myself and created a leak I couldn't stop. They were able to come out the same day we called and repaired the problem in no time. They also gave us some advice about a couple of problems I asked about in our new house. I'd be happy to use them again.

It was quick and easy. I had already tried putting the pipe nipple on 3 times and couldn't get it tight enough to not leak since I had to be careful not to ruin the threads. They had a pipe wrench with a pivoting head that could grab it behind the threads. They arrived on time and completed the job in about 5 minutes or less. They wore shoe covers to not track into the house and the connection has not leaked since.

I made a appointment with Taylor Plumbing service. They showed up at our agreed time! To this date, I haven't heard from Taylor Plumbing service regarding my quote or to say "we are way behind" or "we are NOT interested in providing you with a quote"

I called them because my water heater was shutting off and the venting system was running continuously. They called the company that manufactured the heater to find out that they no longer had parts for that heater. So I purchased a new water heater that Taylor recommended and they installed it that afternoon. They service was quick and I had hot water again in less than a day.

did a great job. got the clog done. tried everything myself and he came right in and go the job done quick.

Installed a sewage back flow preventer that included digging a 10 ft deep hole.

The installs were great. They are very professional, and pretty quiet. This is the second time I have had them out. The first time was to install new faucets in master bathroom. This time around I only wish he'd have said something before dumping the toilet water in the guest bathtub where I keep our bottled water for storage. I wasn't thinking or I would have moved them.

As always, Taylor responded to our service request very quickly, and installed the new faucet, which looks great. The price was great considering the difficulty encounterd removing our old corroded faucet. Taylor has done other work for us - repaired toilets and a dryer vent - and has always been quick to perform the service, and are always very thorough and very professional. They do great work at a very fair cost.
