Terry came over on a Sat. and I told him what the problem was. He was prompt and on-time. Didn't take him long to figure out the problem. He had it fixed in a very short time frame. Would definately use him again.

Terry responded very quickly to my request. He was very professional and completed the work quickly. He had to contact two tenants and do repair work at their houses. He faxed me an invoice upon completion and his prices were very reasonable. I will definitely call him for any other handyman work I need to have done in Fort Wayne.

The labor cost was $125 and ballast where the $65 each. I had to wait for a while for them to get to me because he had other work to do. They have preference for electrical work which kind of pleased me because it's usually hard to get somebody to do. He works at some apartment complex I believe to maintain their buildings, and I'm not sure what if he is into maintenance or handyman. They appear to be wearing casual clothes in place of a uniform. He cleaned up the mouse nests, and I didn't even have to see it , and he replaced the installation. My doors were not working fine, and I didn't feel comfortable asking him to work on those. I was really happy the way he did get the electric work and, he knew what to do, and he got it done. The work he did was fine, but I think he had some limitations when it came to the doors, and I don't know that because I didn't have him to do my doors. I think his price was high, as he was here for three hours only. If I have any electric work then I would use him again in the future

I gave Terry an extensive list of items to complete. I do not like standing over people and micro managing them as I do not like to be treated that way. Terry not only completed the list of tasks in a timely fashion, but he exceeded expectations, and his work will add value to the house. I highly recommend Terry Coles for any handyman work you might have.
