Because there was siding missing from our home on the initial visit, Ryan (our technician) suggested that we complete the siding repairs before moving forward with the bird removal. He was concerned that the birds would move from the vents they were nesting in to the area where the siding was missing. He did not charge us for that visit. After the siding repairs were completed, Ryan came back out to remove and exclude the birds on one of the coldest days of this winter. He was polite and professional.

He was very thorough in his treatment and his bill was very explanatory. We felt the price paid was more than fair, especially since he will be making multiple visits and guaranteeing his work. We have used Adam for several different kinds of bugs and we HIGHLY recommend him.

He surveyed the area and remembered the house from a call last year for something similar, left me a thorough vm of what he saw, then really went above and beyond. My upstairs tenant hadn't told me about his own issues but ran into Adam at lunch and explained he really needed treatment. Adam promptly took care of it and did not charge anything beyond his initial quote. A++
