He's very rude !. And a little conceited boasting on the things that he has. And charges way over what he should. Taking advantage

Charlie called me and said that he was currently working on a job in my hometown. He said that he could complete my project at the same time because it was a simple job. He picked a date to come out and look to give me an estimate. I agreed to the date. I changed an appointment on that date so I could be home and put it on my calendar. He never showed, called, or messaged me. I messaged him, and he did not reply. I then called him, and he insisted that we never had an appointment. I read the messages back to him that he sent to me asking for the date and time along with my acceptance. He then became angry and told me that he had forgotten and never wrote it down. He never once apologized. In fact, he went on monologuing telling me that this is just how it is in the construction business. Then he said that he could probably come the next day. I told him that I would have to check my calendar as I moved an appointment to be home today. He then said, Well uf your going to be that way about it, I don't need your business. Then he immediately hung up.

Summit City Handyman put dry wall up in our garage. The overall experience was very good from start to finish. The drywall was hung in one day, taped, mudded and sanded in a couple of days. Very professional, Good communication, we would highly recommend them ,

The process to setup an appointment and actually have the service performed was easy and as promised in the invoice. Communication was perfect as time was of the essence for everyone involved. Wonderful experience as a customer.

Charles installed an interior door, which he charged me more for than he quoted, because he had to trim the door so it didn't hit the floor. He installed crown moulding, and it doesn't match at the corners, and he didn't "end" it correctly where it doesn't meet with other crown moulding. He then charged me an additional "trip" charge, which was also never discussed in the bid.

Very prompt, very professional and very efficient. I had bathroom fan/ light replaced. He took old unit out and replaced with a new one that I purchased. It's a messy job with lots of dust and he cleaned it all up with his cordless vacuum.

Clean professional and attentive to our project. Made sure my wife understood the controls before leaving

The first time I dealt with them back in April I hired them do assemble my patio furniture. Donald was timely, professional, & got the job done. In May I bought some living room furniture & I texted Charles & asked him if he could assemble that for me & I didn't get a response but I gave them a pass & ended up doing it myself. Last week I contacted Charles about doing a TV stand for me, he responded, gave me a price, & set the appointment for this past Tuesday around 3. When it was time for the appointment, nobody showed up, I texted Charles & he responded an hour later saying he forgot about me, that they're on another job, & asked if we could reschedule for some time later in the week. I replied a minute later asking if they could come the next day & I haven't heard from him since. I called last night around 7 & got no answer, called this morning around 9 & a little after 2 this afternoon with the same result. They lost out on a lot of money with me because I planned on hiring them for future projects. A bit of advice for Charles, COMMUNICATION IS KEY WHEN DOING BUSINESS & YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE HORRIBLE.
