Jeremy was great! He answered my call to Stillwater and luckily had time that afternoon to hang a new mailbox on my mother's front porch brick wall. I was contacting him from Virginia where I live, and he offered to coordinate with my mother before he arrived by working from information I texted him. He also agreed to invoice me after the work had been performed. My mother was very pleased with his work and professional approach. True to his word, he billed me and I was able to pay him that same day electronically. It was seamless! I would highly recommend Jeremy and Stillwater!

They were polite efficient and effective. I already plan on having them return to take on more challenges, including the replacement of the entire wood floor downstairs. WELL worth what I paid them for.

When I first called Jeremy he was in the middle of a job, asked me to call back on Monday I did that. Came to to check the job and within 15 minutes both gates working correctly. Small jobs are so hard to get taken care of. This was such an easy fix but I was not able to do it my self. I had called fence company that put fence in and their minimum charge to come out is 700.00. Thank goodness for people like Jeremy. Will use again!!

I got an email two days ago that the repairman was tied up with disaster relief work for several weeks. He said he would have a friend contact me to get the work done. So far I have not heard from anyone.

Extremely well. Jeremy Tillotson was not only very professional, but very knowledgable in helping me pick out the best sink and faucet for my kitchen. He price was very reasonable. He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him highly!

Mr. Tillotson is intelligent, patient, punctual, promptly responds to communications, efficient, honest, responsible, respectful, flexible, has great work ethic and valuable experience in real estate. The work was done in a timely manner with communication throughout the process. The clean up left the house looking great. The toilet replacement was well done. The plumbing fix may have led to a broken pipe right outside the basement wall of this very old home, but there's no way to know for certain. Note: I recommend using a professional plumber for plumbing issues and Mr. Tillotson (Stillwater Real Estate Services, LLC) for everything else!!!

This vendor quoted quickly fixed a,few messed up issues from previous contractor. He installed 4 cabinets the sink n dishwasher plumbing and 32 hands n and garbage storage slide He quality was great. He was on time n replied quickly. He replied to all quote requests, returned phone calls n texts. We are also using jeremy to install our glass tile back splash

He followed through with the work and did exactly what he said he would. I look forward to hiring him for my windows. We discussed my windows but I was not ready financially to take that on.
