Description of Work: I was overall pleased except for their inability to clean one particular stain, which was much improved after my cleaning lady used a vinegar mixture on it. Other than that, their service was prompt, their price reasonable and their work acceptable. At this point I can't confirm that the date of service given is accurate as it was some time ago, either winter or early spring.

Description of Work: We had a cat odor issue and they provided excellent advice and cleaning, even came back a second time to completely remove the odor... we will use them for our regular cleaning in the future-very helpful and very professional... and cost effective :-)
