They were quick to come out and give an estimate, got us on the schedule within a matter of days, and were on time to do the job. They even got some old stains out of the carpet I thought would be there forever. Quick and courteous, would definitely hire again.

Everything went smoothly. The owner and his nephew did the work, they were both very friendly and easy to work with. From arriving on time to getting black ink out of white carpet, along with some puppy accidents. Also, on the area rug, the puppy chewed a pink hi-lighter which bled red!!! They got it out!!! They were concerned, that after the carpets were done drying, if any stains resurfaced to please give them a call and they would come back and take care of it. None resurfaced. We have light carpet and the stains (mostly red wine...I can't lie) were still visible from past cleanings. There were also some stains that have been there since before we bought the house. They either removed them or made them almost invisible! I will definitely use them again! They were polite, on time and helpful! Love!

Steam Away was recommended to me by a trusted sales person at my favorite flooring store. I called to set an appointment and spoke with one of the owners. Her husband Keith, actually does the work and has two other full-time employees. They do not hire part-time summer help to do the primary part of the job. "Brian" was assigned to my house along with another man (Josh?). Every aspect of the job was done professionally and either technician was able to answer my questions respectfully. They moved all of their equipment in & out of the house with caution. You could tell that both guys knew what they were doing and worked well together. That has not always been the case with other companies that I have hired! My carpeting does show some wear in the high traffic areas and I did not expect it to look like new. However, these guys were able to make it look MUCH cleaner than I expected! It was not overly wet from cleaning and it had a pleasant clean smell upon completion. They did a wonderful job and I would use them again. They were extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves, which I very much appreciated. They used bio-friendly cleaning solutions so there was no terrible smell when they were done.

They are my new GO TO GUYS for all cleaning, especially upholstery and carpeting. In about one hour, they tuffed out stains from my hand-me-down sofas which are over 25 years old. They prewarned me that they might not be able to remove these old stains and didn't want me to pay for false expectations. WOW! What an improvement! The carpet looks almost new, and no fumes or chemical overload. They even cleaned the kitten's litter box area in my den. No other provider would agree to clean my linoleum-floored kitchen because it isn't tile/grout. These guys deserve their top star rating. I highly recommend them.

Company arrived on time. Did the area where I work first (and gave me booties so I wouldn't ruin the carpet) so I could get back to work. Got done in an hour and a half, and did a fantastic job. It was priced nearly identical to the quote I got on the phone, and they gave me the $20 discount that they offered on Angie's list. Super nice guys and no "judgement" for having a pet that has occasional accidents on the carpet. They even used an enzymatic carpet cleaner to take care of the pet stains as part of their normal cleaning process. YEAH! House smells great and carpet looks AMAZING. WOOT!

We were able to schedule the service within the week which was important to us as we are putting our home on the market for sale. They called to say they were running a little late after their previous job. I appreciated the notice and they showed up within 30 minutes of our scheduled time. They were very friendly and professional. They discussed the stains with me before they left and let me know they offered a 30 day guaranty on their work. They let me know it was possible for the stains to resurface after an initial cleaning, especially due to the unknown cause of the stain (my kids weren't 'fessing up!). After a day or so a couple of stains did resurface. I called and they came out within 48 hours to quickly treat and thoroughly rinse the area again. Looks much better. I am very happy with their work, the price and their upbeat manner. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

They showed up promptly at the time of appointment. Work was done fast but thorough. Very well done, and kept everything neat and clean. Very down to earth and low pressure. Although they offer a wide range of services and even disaster mitigation, he didn't push other services on me, just advised what he had to offer. They provided good follow up and the price was very fair. Would definetely use again.

We received excellent service. Keith, the owner, and an associate did the work. They were running about an hour ahead of schedule so they called and asked if they could do our carpet early, which they did. Keith measured the areas that needed cleaning and gave us a firm price, which was at the low end of their over the phone estimate. He didn t try to sell added services as many others do. The carpets are very clean and life is getting back to normal. All in all, it a very was a pleasant experience.

I couldn't have more pleased. I have used Steam A Way to have the carpets of my home cleaned for several years and have always been extremely happy with the results. A family member needed the carpets cleaned in her one bedroom apartment. The carpets were quite dirty. I didn't really think all the stains could be removed, but Keith did a great job. An appointment was scheduled within days of when I called and he showed up right on time. He asked that I call him, if any of the stains "reappeared," and he would come back and work on them some more. He said drying time would be about six hours, which was correct.
