Was very happy with the service. He's a super kind person and was able to fix all of our issues that I needed fixed. I had two outdoor spigots replace because they are old and spraying everywhere when we use them. I also had a bathtub faucet and bathroom sink fixtures replaced due to them leaking. It wasn't just the fixtures but the copper piping had issues and he was able to unsolder and solder new piping so that it don't leak anymore. He took his time did not rush. Was honest about what needed replaced what did not and taught me how to shut off a valve if I needed. He was very prompt on time for the scheduled appointment. I also felt his pricing was very reasonable. I had researched reviews and made sure licensing was up-to-date and it all was. I actually don't live in Fort Wayne anymore but he was willing to drive to Ossian. It's only 20 minutes away and yes you go 20 minutes any direction on Fort Wayne but he took the time to drive down to me out of the county. We'll definitely hire again for any plumbing issues. He was actually referred to me from a friend who had used him for plumbing issues as well. Nice to have a kind person who's honest work on your house. Thank you for the great service!

We gutted our small utility room in order to remodel. Due to space limitations, we wanted whole house water filter, existing water heater, and newer/smaller water softener packaged into the tightest configuration possible while still allowing ease of access. The final outcome exceeded my expectations. Contractor also helped troubleshoot water flow restrictions in bathtub, allowing me the opportunity to complete those repairs myself. I would use this provider in the future and refer him without reservation.

Timely response, easy to schedule, very professional, fairly priced. Wade knows what he's doing. Plan to use for all plumbing and heating projects in the future.
