From the quote to the install we have zero complaints which is hard to say for most contractors. We got quote from two other providers who both tried to up sell my grandmother stating that she also needed a new heater. I knew this was not the case and when Cody came out to provide us a quote he was very professional, knew what he was talking about, was friendly and most of all he was honest. The install went great and my grandmother was very pleased with them. I have seen a lot of A/C installs and this one was top notch. We will be using them for ALL furture HVAC needs.

They did a super job for us. The heat went out this winter, they got back with me right away, and fixed it, and did an excellent job. They called me when they were on their way, and they were here when they said. I will probably use them again. I had bought a new furnace from them in 2011, and so it was still under warranty. I am sure they had a lot of people calling them because it was very cold, but they came right out. The price was very good. The service technician charged us for a service call, and unknowingly we paid it. A few days later they said that we were under warranty, and so they sent us a check back. The quality was very good, they did a good job, and he cleaned up very well. When I called in, the reception put me in direct contact with the technician, and he told me what to do, and what may be wrong.

They are usually very responsive to our needs. They do get schedule back-ups occasionally when it's very cold or very rainy (when people are dealing with frozen pipes or failed sump pumps). That's understandable. We have had no complaints with them. I think they are pretty competitive.

Sheets' representative arrived on-time or early for each visit and tended fully to the problems.

We called several plumbers for estimates to do the job. We either didn't receive an estimate per mail as promised or the estimate was very high. Sheets came to the house right away and gave us a great estimate for the job. He arrived on the minute of the appointment a couple days later. He did a beautiful job of configuring the pipes and faucet. He had the inspector out the next day and the utility company the following day to install the meter. Everyone was very professional. Sheets stayed to their estimate which was a great price. The whole process took less time than it did to even get an estimate from others! We were very, very happy with the whole job!!

Things turned-out very well on both occasions. Our humidifier overflowed a few months after moving into our house. They came-out promptly and cleaned out drain, and didn't charge anything.

We had 4 companies come out to give us a quote. I think the quote that they gave us was around $8000. They were very good and were professional when they came out. They did a very thorough research on our house to make sure that they had the right sizes and everything else. We really wanted to use their services but there was another company who provided service for a lower price. We were also very happy with the company that we used. My overall experience with them was average. We spoke to them just about the furnace initially and then we asked them about the air conditioner. That’s when the price shot up and that’s why I didn’t use them. Their responsiveness was good. I might use them again in the future for a quote.

Great job as usual. We have used them for about 10 years and they always handle the work professionally and are very fair in their pricing of services. They are honest and timely. I am very satisfied with their work and will continue to use them for my heating and plumbing needs.

Our furnace died in March. We had several quotes, and Sheets was able to replace it within a day, providing a high efficiency furnace. It did take a bit longer to install than we had originally thought as there was one guy on the job rather than two, but they brought it many space heaters to help alleviate the lack of a furnace. The installer was considerate and efficient and we felt very comfortable with his level of knowledge and skill.

Tech Thomas W. was thorough and spent ample time evaluating, testing and cleaning the unit. Offered good advice on landscaping around the unit and maintenance of system.

From the moment I met Steve Gerard, I was extremely impressed by his dedication to quality and customer service. In practice, his crew exceeded my expectations and delivered more that I could have expected. Plus, the follow-up has been exceptional.

Todd arrived on time and went straight down to the furnace to begin checking it over. About 20 minutes later, he called me to come down and look at something. Uh-oh, I thought, here comes the big problem. Indeed, there was a problem, but it wasn't of a mechanical nature. Instead, Todd told me that I had about 6'' of nuts, birdseed and leaves packed in the air intake pipe, presumably the product of the horde of local chipmunks. He showed me how to clean out the pipe at the furnace. He also noted that if I had not had the service, my furnace would probably not have functioned when I finally got around to turning on the heat. Overall, I was very glad to have had everything checked out prior to the first cold weather.
