To start with, the owner provided us with an accurate and timely quote. Once we accepted the quote we were able to get the ball rolling quickly by picking out new pantries and cabinets and tile. Everything chosen was exactly to my liking and the vision I had in mind. When we agreed upon everything the quote for when to start was accurate within a couple days. Whenever one of the workers was going to be late they were very good at letting me know ahead of time so I could plan my day. When the actual work started we had 3-4 guys total that helped with the work. All were extremely friendly and easy to work with, especially Klye when I kept adding things and changing a couple things as the job progressed. He was very accommodating and let me know how that would change the price at every step of the way. At the end of each day they left the work site very clean and usable until the next days, sometimes cleaner than they found it. The workers on site were also great with my kids, I have 2 kids under the age of 4 and they were great. Even my very shy 2 year old warmed up to them in a couple days. Now onto the work that was done... exactly what I wanted and more. They definitely exceeded my expectations. If I ever have anything else to change or redo in the future we will use them again. They have also helped us out with 2 bathrooms in the past which also went extremely well. Thanks Again!!

Everything was done in a very professional manner. The craftsman who did the work was punctual and very considerate of our home. We are delighted with the results and would recommend this firm to anyone. They are not the cheapest supplier but they are certainly worth what they charge. This was not a simple job. It required cutting the floor to reroute plumbing, removing a wall, extending a wall, and painting over a dark red finish. In the end it is wonderful!

Working with Serenity has been a great experience from start to finish. Steve asked the right questions to fully understand the project and provided a detailed proposal in just a few days. He is happy to make adjustments to work with your budget, and provides very reasonable pricing. Communication is excellent. Project started and finished right on time, with excellent workmanship by the installers. This is our second time working with Serenity - they did a bathroom remodel for us the previous year (tile flooring, vanity top, shower, and free-standing tub). Both have been excellent experiences, and I look forward to working with them again.

Remodeled our master bath and put glass tile on the kitchen backsplash. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Very pleased with work done! Price was very fair. Everyone was great to work with, very professional, efficient and knowlegable. Work was completed on time and finished earlier than expected. Any mess was cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely work with them again in the future!!

Three weeks of work was coordinated with our schedules so we always had a shower and toilet while work was being done. They completely gutted 3 bathrooms with very little dust and construction dirt outside the bathrooms. When they left, the areas were spotless. The quality of work was excellent. All of the tiling edges were perfectly aliened and flowed seamlessly from area to area. The shower is beautify with customer seat, shelves, glass door and tiled mural. The formally, kid damaged, wallpapered, popcorn ceilings and walls are now perfectly smoothed painted surfaces. The custom vanities and medicine chest are quality solid wood, beautifully finished, with lots of smooth sliding drawers. In summary: 1. Best Price 2. Best Design 3. Quality Materials and work. 4. They arrived on time. The young man was very helpful and seemed to definitely know what he was doing. He was very professional and patient with me. I was very happy with the results.

Steve came to give initial estimate and was friendly & personable. We weren't time constrained, so although we had the initial meeting in November we didn't start remodeling until February. During that time, Steve met with us several times for us to look at tile and understand the tub, shower doors, toilet, faucets, etc we wanted. He was patient and helpful as I hemmed & hawed through the tile samples. Once the renovation started, our remodelers Lyle & Erv, were very professional. They laid protective plastic over the carpet & removed the old materials right away. They called us in several times to understand exactly what we were aiming for. Serenity also did some extra work at our request that didn't add any more time onto the renovation which was three weeks (it's a pretty large bathroom). Just want to add a word about O'Neil's Glass which Serenity used for our shower doors. One of their workers noticed an imperfection in the glass during installation, which I probably wouldn't have noticed for a long time if at all, and suggested we call his boss if we wanted to get new doors (no extra cost to us). By the time I called, the doors had already been ordered which I thought was good customer service. Anyway, we will definitely call Serenity when its kitchen renovation time.

This is the second time I've used Steve Neeley's crew and again, I wasn't disappointed. They did an excellent job laying the floor and cleaning up afterwards. The guys, Erv, Kyle, Lyle, Justin, Chris and John are such hard workers who are conscientious, careful, with great personalities. I will always call on them for any job in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling job. Thanks for a job well done!

Excellent workmanship with attention to detail on all installations and very polite. They asked for my input as they progressed, and were very careful with protecting our carpet and floors. This was done during all the snow and snow and snow. Daily cleanup was fantastic. This was our first big remodeling job. Owner was very helpful in guiding us through all the decisions; quite responsive and returned calls immediately with patience and understanding. Great work and Great job! I have no negative remarks as any concern I had was politely addressed. A truly professional business!

Overall, my wife and I thought Serenity Kitchen & Bath did a great job. Steve's crew was great to work with and very personable. Despite some occasional miscommunication, Steve continued to work with us and made sure we were happy in the end. Our new master bath with his and her sink and walk in shower looks wonderful, and is now a place that we as a family enjoy spending a lot of our time. Thanks Steve and crew!!

The owner gave us a price and then told us he wanted us to search out the competition. That was the biggest trust factor that he had in him. It took about 3 weeks to do the work. The bathroom is awesome. He was friendly and we didn't feel like a number.

We are very pleased with the finished product. The work was done in a timely manner. Serenity was respectful of our home while working. They cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. We enjoyed working with Kyle, the installer, who was very knowledgable and made a number of helpful suggestions. We encountered one problem with the cabinet quality, but they made it good by having some of the doors and drawer fronts remade.

The Serenity employees are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. We appreciated their attention to details. They answered our questions and explained how to care for the new materials that we selected for our project. Our renovation turned out beautifully.

Prompt starting time ,daily!! The crew was great . Justin was very helpful in letting us know what was being done. He did several little things for us. The work space was cleaned up daily. The final install day ,Justin cleaned the whole bathroom, due to all the dust and stuff flying around during the construction phase. We were very pleased with everything. We would recommend, Serenity Kitchen & Bath, to any one that needs an bath remodel in their home.

We never heard from them so we went with somebody else and then finally, they did come in with a bid for the dishwasher but not for the bathroom so I didn’t even respond to it. They had quoted me $600 to $800 to install the dishwasher. I guess it was comparable but the people that actually did that, did it for less than that but we did have to take out a kitchen cabinet and Serenity were talking about redoing the counter tops to put it in and I didn’t have to do any of that. The people, who put it in, got it in within a day and there was no problem. I wasn’t impressed with Serenity Kitchen & Bath and I never got a price form them for the bathroom which was really important because this was for our retirement home that we plan on spending majority of the year in and we needed a walk-in shower and they never even mentioned it when they gave me the bid on the dishwasher. It was kind of like a non-entity to them, so I was not happy. He came right out to look at the bathroom and the cabinet where we wanted to put the dishwasher, so he was very prompt but then he didn’t give us a quote. I knew he couldn’t do it that day but he was supposed to email me and I waited at least a week or two weeks before I heard anything and by that time, we already had somebody else doing the job. He was very nice when he came out but he lacked in professionalism because he never got back with the quote.

I can't say enough about the fantastic job completed by Steve Neeley and his crew. They were on time, knew their jobs, cleaned up every day and were always professional. Kyle, John, Lyle, Stuart and the newest member of the group Steve were all great. A special thanks goes to Justin for his expertise and get-it-done attitude which made the whole process that much easier to get through. All of the guys took the time to make sure whatever they were doing was exactly what I wanted. I appreciated all the time they took to get the job done right. This was my first big remodeling project and I'm glad I chose Serenity for the job. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing any sort of kitchen/bath changes.

Steve gave us good options for design and we were able to pick out our tile and see samples of their work at Eagle Tile. The work was all done by Lyle - plumbing, electrical, tile work and painting. Lyle was fantastic. On time everyday - careful to cover floors so the tile dust wasn't spread throughout the house and very meticulous in his work. The shower is fabulous! We say we have a 4 star shower in a 2 star house. We spent more than the value of the house should warrant - we won't get our money back when we sell, but we did it for us and we love it. Hopefully we will enjoy it for many years to come and when we do sell, the new owners will love it, too. I gave a B for price, because we can't quite figure out why it costs so much, but it was in line with Colvin and an independent contractor we contacted, so it is what it is.

It's the second time we have used them and if we do any kind of tile work, kitchen, any other bathroom remodeling, or flooring, we will go to them. Kyle, who actually did the work seemed to be an actual craftsman. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and doing it the way it's supposed to be done and doesn't take shortcuts. Steve is the owner and we just say we want to do such and such and he gives us good ideas about how to do it and makes it look great. Their price was good as well.

We have used both Serenity and their primary competitor before. The two are roughly equivalent, but Serenity has the edge in just about every area. Starting with the design and quotation process, we had a much more detailed understanding of what Serenity planned to do versus their competitor. That plus Serenity provided a complete design at no charge, whereas the competitor wanted $1500 up front for a complete design. With a wife who is an interior decorator, we pretty well knew what we wanted, but Steve and his team came up with several recommendations that were substantial improvements over our original. The work did not start smoothly, as removal of the old ceiling revealed several "cost saving" steps taken by the original builder that were inconsistent with today's codes (and probably the codes in effect at the time of construction). This required some rather substantial re-routing of utility lines within a very small space. These people are true professionals, however, and they were able to quickly re-align everything to support the design and comply with code. All this took little more than a day and at a very reasonable cost. Overall the work progress remarkably close to schedule, including several last minute changes made at our request. The quality of both the materials and workmanship are impeccable, including a custom-made roll-out pantry of our own design. We could not be happier with the work they performed and heartily recommend them to everyone.

One could not ask for nicer people. The workers were very polite and easy to talk to. The work is good but not great. The only thing that makes it not great is they did not line up the new tiles with the old tiles and the offset lines just don't look as good as it could or should be. When I noticed the offset line they were into project a ways and they did scoff at making the changes so I didn't press the issue then but now I wish i would have. But everything else about the job is up to par fr the job. UPDATE*** Not very encouraging to know we are that forgettable. See your proposal #P-S12199, we dealt with Stephen M. Neeley. He seemed to know our names when we signed the check.
