Steve was prompt and thorough in the estimate. We had cabinets over the peninsula removed, and Steve's idea for more storage was something we hadn't considered. Workers were professional and respectful of our home Our kitchen looks great (no more of the 1970's look!). Impressive quality of the cabinets, quartz countertops, and fixtures. Would definitely recommend!

Serenity did a fantastic job with our kitchen, half bath and flooring. We had some issues with our floors prior to our remodel, and these were all fixed accordingly. Their workers were great to fill us in on a daily basis. They didn’t mind that our kids came up to see what was going on as well. I would highly recommend them to any family looking to remodel any room in your house.

It was very successful and we’re thrilled with the results. We had a few snafus that were taken care of to our satisfaction. Steve and his entire crew are pretty great to work with...they’re professional, diligent, and thorough...I actually miss having them coming and going! Great job👍

Serenity Kitchen and Bath did a fantastic job on our basement wet bar. Steve was great to work with. He offered a free estimate, including 3D modeling of our design, before having to make any commitments or making any payments. The free 3D modelling was very important to me, since I wanted to have a very good visual of the project and fine-tune the layout before moving forward. Not many companies offer this service for free. At our first meeting with Steve, my wife and I explained a rough idea of what we had in mind for our project. Steve sent us a 3D model of our idea in about a week. Then we went back and forth with Steve on several design tweaks until landing on our final design. After finalizing the design, Steve worked up our estimate. It was very accurate, detailed, and thorough. Steve tends to estimate everything at the high end, with all the bells and whistles included, so that the initial quote is typically the highest-cost scenario. I prefer this approach, as opposed to under-estimating and getting surprise charges throughout the project. We never encountered any surprise charges or changes along the way. The cost was always exactly as expected. After the design was finalized and we accepted Steve’s bid, we met Steve at several stores to pick out all the specific materials (cabinets, countertops, sink/faucet, floors, backsplash, etc). Steve spent the whole day with us as we tried to coordinate all the different aspects of the design. He also weighed in his opinions, which helped to overcome several impasses between my wife and I. We really appreciated his input and experience in design. Steve’s estimate on timing was also exact. The work began on the start week that he initially quoted and the project was completed on-time. Finally, the quality of the work was excellent. All of the electrical and plumbing work was well done. I’m an engineer, so I had several questions about the rough-in work along the way and Steve was able to answer all of my questions and explain electrical and plumbing code that we were required to meet. The cabinets, countertops, sink/faucet, and floor all looked incredible. The final product was even better than we had anticipated. We were very happy with the outcome.

The job went really well. This is complicated work in a small space and the Serenity workers were all top notch throughout. The Serenity owner, Steve Neeley, was very easy to work with and kept us posted throughout the bidding, scheduling and construction phases.

Did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves. Willing to make me happy. It really turned out great. I just got back from vacation and the thing I missed most was my shower. It's a large walk in range shower with class door and tiled from floor to ceiling.

The job went very well. The workers were punctual and congenial; they kept me informed as to what they were doing and explained each step. They were professional and gave direction in selecting the granite, flooring, tile, etc. The pros and cons were appreciated. I also appreciated the fact they did all the work---no subcontracting.

Choosing Serenity to remodel our Master Bathroom was a good decision. They were very professional from start to finish, and we have a bathroom that is a pleasure to use . . . and also beautiful! We have never enjoyed a shower as much as this one, because it works perfectly, is so roomy, and we couldn't be more pleased with the design and layout of the tile. They gutted our entire bathroom, put in a two sink vanity with granite counter tops, a water closet, a linen closet, and a beautiful, very large tiled shower with a bench and tempered glass on two sides. They changed out an existing window with a block tiled window, which lets in so much light to our bathroom. They also put ceramic tile on the floors of the bathroom, and both walk-in closets, painted the bathroom, and one of the walk-in closets, re-routed some of the plumbing and electrical outlets, and changed some hardware on the pocket doors. I changed my mind a couple of times on which tile I wanted, which cost me extra in re-stocking fees, so I recommend to anyone doing a remodeling job, to give adequate thought to what you want in the beginning. (Although Steve was very patient with me through my changes!) All of the employees at Serenity were great to work with, and easy to talk to or ask questions about anything they were doing, and they always explained so that we understood. They were very respectful of us and our property, and cleaned up every day. We had a family emergency and needed to leave for a few days, and felt very comfortable for them to come in our house while we were away. They started the project on time, and ended it on time, working every day, and sometimes late or on the weekend. When we need work done in the future, we will call Serenity to do it. It is very difficult to find someone that does excellent work, and that you can trust.

With having both jobs (bathroom & kitchen) done back to back I was worried about it being hectic in our house. It wasn't at all. All the employees at Serenity were super helpful and reassuring. The bathroom went quick and there were no issues. It was stressful being without a kitchen during the remodel, but again, everyone was great about keeping me informed with where they were in the project. After the job was completed all minor issues were addressed immediately.

I could not be more pleased - ecstatic with the job Serenity did. Every aspect of this process was top notch!! Steve & Melanie were quick to respond to questions & arrange appointments. The work Chris & Lindy did was very high quality. Everyone was highly professional, yet very friendly! You won't find anyone better from start to finish - high quality at at very fair & competitive price.

I need work done on a particular time frame and Steve worked me in so that repairs could be finished before company arrived. They started even earlier that scheduled for me and even came on a Saturday to facilitate finishing on time. Workers were very professional and understanding of our questions. They had to rip out a wall and old flooring, move plumbing and wiring and install all new tile, vanity , granite etc. The job is beautiful. I'm sure to get compliments galore. Steve came back out after the work was finished to check that everything was done to his standards, and let me tell you he found things that no one else in the world would have seen. Touch-ups made the following day. The products that he furnished are high quality. Love, Love, Love my new bathroom.

Job was done on time and at the cost quoted. Professional....Have been enjoying the work now for more than a year. Would highly recommend.

Generally, very well. The crew was polite, careful, responsive, trustworthy and competent. They always cleaned up after themselves. John took time to lay out my tiles in the garage so the shower wall pattern came out like a work of art. My husband and I really like it still. Huge improvement from our previous bathroom. I was going through a family crisis and Steve was great in meeting with me to select the materials. There were a few places that just didn't look professional when the job was done and they came back and improved them. Still a bit lacking, though. My main issue is with one of the sinks that has cracked or has crazing. It started fairly soon, but as I was mid-family crisis, the small crack didn't seem worth the effort. Through months, the cracking/crazing worsened. I decided if it lengthened to an inch I would contact Steve about it. I did and he emailed back, said he was contacting the manufacturer to see what if anything could be done. (This was almost 3 years later, but I thought I remembered there was several years' warranty on the sink and on Serenity's website, they promise a five-year warranty on every job.) I sent photos a few times and Steve indicated he'd get back to me. This pattern continued through January and February of 2015. I emailed Steve Feb. 5, March 13 and May 30, 2015 and never received a response. I even went to their website to ensure I had the right address and to check that there was that 5-year warranty. If nothing was covered, I still wanted to know how to repair the sink--what my options are. No response.

This is the second time I have had Serenity come out and do a job for me. They continually do superb work and are very professional. The contract that you are given is very specific and details what exactly they are doing. The two jobs I have done, were completed a couple of years apart and to my surprise they still have the same employees which tells me the employees are happy with this company. The employees are very professional, friendly and clean up after each day from the job. I will continue to use this company to do upgrades on my house and would not hesitate to give them out as a reference.

Terrific job on both the master bath and kitchen. The Serenity crew was always prompt, professional, and very hard working. Very friendly crew and they easily made any changes requested as the project progressed. They are very flexible. The project exceeded our expectations. The master bath project included granite counter tops, all new bath hardware and fixtures, new light fixtures, total gut and remodel of shower area. The shower was completely remodeled with tile and granite and new hardware. A terrific clear glass shower door was installed. New tile flooring was installed in the entire bathroom and around jetted tub. New mirrors, light fixtures and entire room painted. The kitchen project consisted of adding a great looking backsplash, changing a piece of granite on an island, and replacing all electrical outlets. They also added under-cabinet LED lighting to all cabinets. Exceptional service and terrific job done. We are extremely pleased with the project outcome. We would definitely use Serenity Kitchen and Bath for future projects.

The owner was unwavering in requiring us to use top of the line faucets, etc which were going to be more expensive than the tub we wanted. They also charged over $2500 in labor services for one days worth of work (changing our tub out). We're currently looking for someone who will let us pick the faucets we want and not dedicate over 4/5rds of the cost to paying themselves when the product being put in is no more than a few hundred dollars.

It went very well. The person Steve sent, Lyle,was very professional,capable and friendly. There was a problem getting some of tile we ordered. After many weeks of waiting with no covering on our floor, finally was delivered and installed by Lyle beautifully. I do wish Steve would have offered alternatives to waiting for the late tile. I also, expected Steve to drop by toward the end to inspect, but he didn't. Really though with Kyle, I suspect he knew it would be done well.

Serenity was very easy to work with, professional and considerate of our home and privacy. They were not cheap but they did magic with this project. I would use them again without hesitation.

Very poor customer service. I guess our project was too small for them to even respond to us. I would never use Serenity because they did not even have the courtesty to call us. If they try to say they attempted to call me, that would be untrue - I had put our phone numbers in my request and they also had my email address (because S Neely emailed me originally to say someone would call us). I received no other call or email from them. I think Serenity wants big kitchen remodeling jobs and does not want to be bothered with a small job.

Rating section above needs to be adjusted because letters and columns do not line up correctly. All installers were respectful of customers property as well as being on time each and every day during installation of new shower. All questions and concerns from home owner were addressed with prompt and knowledgeable answers. All installers knew what to do and HOW to do it. The installers craftsmanship was evident and proof that they were proud of their work. The installers would ask questions when in doubt instead of guessing. When the job started, all installers were present each and everyday till the work was complete. The installers did extra things to help the home owner out without being asked to do so.

Service was excellent. Any time we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly. We love our new bathroom! It's beautiful and we'd recommend Serenity to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom!

The project went smoothly. Our installer, Kyle, was very conscientious and accommodating. He had the skills and talent to be able to complete the entire project himself, which we preferred. He did an excellent job, especially with his tile work. The owner readily responded to any of our e-mails and offered a selection of top quality products. We selected Serenity to do our remodeling, not only because one of our neighbors used them, but also because we felt we could trust them to complete the work to our satisfaction. Serenity met all of our expectations.

I was very pleased with the quality of work performed by Serenity and Kyle specifically. The lighting situation is now 100% better in our kitchen. I was most impressed by the complete absence of a mess at the end of the day and during demolition. I would definitely hire these guys again and plan to do so in the future for a bathroom renovation. The only bad part is that they have about an 6-8 week lead time before starting your job but it is worth the wait for the quality.
