About us

We run four crews to better serve the community. We work out of several local supply houses, but have four bathrooms and a kitchen on display at Eagle Tile (On Fern hill behind Glenbrook Mall) on which our guys completed all the work. Therefore, potential clients can see the quality of our work first-hand, while not having to pay the overhead for the showroom which normally means lower prices than our competitors but the highest quality standards in the industry. Description of Work: Master bath complete remodel. Removal of Jacuzzi bath, fiberglass shower, toilet, cabinet, light fixtures and flooring. Install tiled shower, floor tile, new toilet, new cabinet with granite top and new light fixtures. Also replaced counter top with granite in half bath.

Description of Work: Remodel of master bathroom - tear down walls, relocate plumbing, relocate HVAC venting, new custom tiled walk-in shower with rainhead feature, new tiled corner tub with step feature, new flooring, new countertops, new faucets, new mirrors, new lighting, new toilet, can lighting. Serenity installers did a fabulous job, very detail-oriented because I had intricate and extensive tile work. Always professional, courteous and friendly. They kept me abreast of every step in the project and made sure I was happy with the work as it was being completed. I would definately recommend Serenity to anyone looking for top quality installation and materials. I will consider using them again for future projects. I am very pleased with my new master bath!

Thank you for the review. This job was nice, but ran into some challenges with the original floor tile being loose. All in all, it turned out great. It's a little different design than we have done before, but it turned out fantastic! Hopefully we won't have so much snow when we do the next job for you!

Overall, it went extremely well. Steve Neeley and his team were a pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are very detail-oriented and neat. At the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure that we were not inconvenienced. I highly recommend Serenity Kitchen & Bath, the quality of their work is unmatched!
Description of Work: In the kitchen, they added new cabinets to match the existing. Replaced all countertops with granite. Added a ceramic backsplash. In the master bath, they tore out old fiberglass shower, had custom tiled shower installed, new tile along the whirlpool, new granite countertops, new ceramic tile flooring, new sinks and faucets, etc.

They were very professional and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and respected my property.
Description of Work: I had another company come in and install a walk in shower and tile, but they did it all wrong. Serenity then came in and fixed everything, tearing out the old stuff and installing new tile and shower.

Steve and his crew were extremely professional from start to finish. We originally planned to do this work almost one year before we actually got started. Steve worked with us over that entire time to make certain we were comfortable hiring his company. His crew was amazing. Our bathroom was a complete mess and every time they encountered something unexpected, they asked us how we wanted to handle it. They made suggestions on the right way to fix the problem, but let us make the final decisions. Since we only have one bathroom, they re-seated the toilet every night so we could at least use the bathroom during construction. Serenity cleaned up EVERY night. We never had anything to clean up after they left. The work was amazing. After completion, they came back to fix a few things we thought were problems without complaint. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Serenity Kitchen & Bath did a complete tear down and remodel of our one & only bathroom. When they started the project all that was left of our bathroom was the studwork. The replaced all of the drywall and subfloor. They replaced and reinforced boards that were severely water damaged. They installed a new shower unit with doors. They also installed a new vanity and vanity top. Serenity Kitchen & Bath installed a marble tile floor. They hung all of our new bathroom accessories. At our request, we did all of the painting. Serenity also installed new plumbing pipes and added an electrical outlet to our kitchen. They also repaired damage to a floor in the hallway and put down marble tile there as well.
