Description of Work: My washing machine stopped and would not drain. I set an appointment online, and they were at my house the same day. The repair tech was very polite. Explained the possible issues and all the costs upfront. He had the part I needed on hand and was able to get everything working in less than an hour.

+ -1 moreStore employee was very helpful in making sure the fridge I bought would fit my space. That was more difficult than I thought and I almost bought one too big for my space. Seems that refrigerators are made bigger to fit the new home kitchens. Helped me with features and benefits of the ones I chose as potential purchases. Thanks to the good store employee, I got a great refrigerator at a great price and it fit my space with room so spare. Perfect!

+ -1 moreIt's at least 2 or 3 days before someone comes out. Then they have to order parts. The first time time we had to wait over a week and the repairman had the wrong part. Then we had to wait another week to get the correct part. It's an automated service on the phone line they provide and very frustrating to deal with. When they did get it fixed it was done properly.
Description of Work: The range has broken twice over the past year. The heater was broken on the oven we purchased most recently. They had to put a controller board in.

+ -1 moreI think they are excellent. We use Sears for services all the time and we have not had any problems. They were quick to respond to our phone call and they got the parts in quickly.
Description of Work: They replaced the fuel pump and some rings on my tractor.
