Scott came out the day he said he would. the doors and trim were removed and he replaced the 2x4 and 2 x6 on the doors and and cut off the front siding about a foot off the ground and and replaced it The doors were reinstalled and the complete shed was painted

I ask that he keep in contact via text since my project would be two smaller jobs to be done on different days. He sent me prompt texts to let me know the status and when he would be out, and even ended up billing me less than he had quoted me. He did excellent work, and faster than I had expected. I would definitely recommend him!!

This is the second or third time he came out here. He's just fantastic. He's personable, prompt and I'm running out of good word to say; he's just a real nice guy. He's right on time. He's very professional. It's good that we can find somebody that we can trust and does a great job. He doesn't care about the money, he cares about his relationship and he's really great.

Scott arrived and began work immediately. Scott is extremely polite, responsive, and professional. He did an incredible job for a fraction of what some bigger named company's in the area wanted. Scott did not charge me by the hour, but he was very diligent and stayed focused the entire time he was here. In fact, I was hoping he'd take a couple breaks since he worked on a hot, sunny day, but I only saw him take one lunch break. I hope this review was helpful. Again, Scott is definitely worth calling and getting a quote from. I will be calling him again soon to do some kitchen issues.

Scott was prompt, courtious, and very professional. I offered to pick up everything needed for the job but Scott knew of a couple specialty items that would be needed and offered to get those himself. While doing the jobs, he found two hidden issues that needed addressed as well, showed them too me (not just and quot;claimingand quot; so he could up his time). He did a very thorough job and will definlitley be using for future jobs. Price was reasonable, he gave me a and quot;general estimateand quot; of time and charges by the hour, I found his time estimates to be what I had thought they would take and he was and quot;spot onand quot; his times. Very good worker and works in reasonable time frames, does not work slow to make more time. I found Scott to be a great, personable guy, as said before, will call again for more work. My lateness of review is due to a couple vacations, the holidays, and a lengthy hospitalization.

Scott showed up on time to view the work that needed to be done, bought the light fixtures and fan and returned at the time and diate promised to do the work. I am completely satisfied with all his work.

Scott was honest from the very beginning. When we hired him, he told us he could not start the work immediately because he was already committed to two other jobs. This did not stop him from returning in a few days and replacing the downspouts. In exactly 11 days he came and finished the job. The work was completed in a professional way in six hours. Once he was done, he cleaned his work area, placed the heavy wooden post in our garbage can by himself, and loaded the old door into his van to take to the Restore facility for possible reuse. We are very pleased with his work, and the fact that the whole operation cost only about $600--$300 for materials and $300 for labor! Thanks, Angie

I had to replace windows and they were shorter, so Scott installed the z-bridk to match the rest and he thought it would update the kitchen if the z-brick was painted. He did a wonderful job. Also on everything he tackeled, he figured out a way to complete the jobs in good way and affordable way.

Unusually well. Scott and his helper did an excellent job with very little interruption to our lives. He always kept us informed of what he was doing, what was included in the estimate and the estimated time of completion. We couldn't have asked for more.

Scott was extremely reliable and worked, mostly autonomously, within a reasonable time-frame even when he was busy with other projects. I am an out-of-town landlord and we used a lockbox for access. Having had experience in the real estate biz himself he was mindful of expenses and efficient with the cost of materials. Always great work with some creative, cost-effective solutions to some issues that would've cost far more money.

Scott replaced a kitchen faucet in our rental property. He was prompt and responsive. He charged us the price that he said he would.

the first one. He completed the work in exactly the time he predicted and it looks great. He fixed the gate that had been dragging on the ground for years. He even pulled out 3 old evergreens, that we couldn't get out when the fence was up, for free! He and his assistant were both very courteous and professional.
