+ 0 moreI called them at the end of June 2010, They came out right at our scheduled time, reviewed the work site and evaluated the problem. They got back to me via phone 5 days later and provided an estimate, we set up another meeting to review the estimate in detail, again they were right on time as scheduled. We scheduled the work and the crew showed up on time, completed the entire job as scheduled. I'm very pleased. This company was prompt and friendly. Work was done on time and as scheduled and estimated. This small company has a real price advantage, with low overhead. I'll be using them again in the future to do some flooring work.
Description of Work: Repaired a basement leak around the main service pipe exiting the house. There was water seeping in around the pipe when it rained. The fix required excavating down around the pipe outside, chiseling out old concrete re sealing. Also required the removal of 10 years worth of spray on sealing compounds on the inside of the basement and smoothing out the wall around the exiting pipe.

+ 1 moreThey were really good. The two guys that run the business are really nice. If they ever misunderstand you, they come right out to fix things. They are good service providers. I have used them a couple of times in the past. They are local contractors.
Description of Work: They painted and repaired some nail pops. They repaired framing on a door. They did odds and ends around a vacant house.
