Ruoff is an outstanding provider for home mortgages. Communication was very thorough from the start of the process to the end. Mark Willen was in charge of my loan and went out of his way to get me the information that best suited my needs. He and the entire team gave me what can only be considered their undivided attention. They were able to confirm my eligibility within a few days and set up the home inspection. The process was easy for me and didn't require my time away from work. Scheduling was always set to be convenient for me and my location at the time be it work or after hours. We were able to use email and fax to keep the process speedy and efficient. I felt very secure releasing my personal documents to Ruoff. I was so happy with my service that I referred a friend and he is using the company as well. We have been working specifically with Donnie Dodson to obtain pre-approval while we conducted our house search. I gave him all of our financial records for review and got the pre-approval. After several months of looking we finally found a house we liked that had multiple offers pending so we had to move quick and was satisfied that we were coming to the table with a pre-approval in hand. Our realtor double checked with him before we sat down to write the offer when he informed us that we would need thousands of dollars to close the deal. He had never told us that critical piece of information even though he knew our financial situation clearly showed we did not have ready access to that kind of money. They are the ?professionals? that we came to for help through the mortgage process. Had we have known up front how much money would be required we would not have wasted our time doing extensive house searches over the last few months but would have refocused our efforts to getting cash in hand. We have the credit and the income but don?t have that kind of cash lying around. I don?t take an investment that large too lightly and need a company that understands that as well. One of his e-mails states that he prides himself on being a resource for his customers, not just a loan officer. Ruoff or it's rep was not a "resource" for us.

Amazing, I can't speak highly enough of this company. Ryan Frantz specifically has been working with me for over a year, I wasn't able to get financing last year and with his help I managed to raise my credit score. He went over all of the options and answered questions quickly. Buying a home can be scary, a lot of the lingo isn't common knowledge and he always made sure I knew what he was talking about. The process for approval and underwriting took literally no time. I was able to get them all required information and underwriting completed within 3-4 days. The experience with them was horrible. What they said at the beginning, was completely different at the end. We were told that we would receive one thing, and then when everything was said and done, it ended up being completely different. They ended up costing us thousand more dollars than we expected. The employees at Ruoff have always been friendly and helpful for all of our insurance and mortgage needs. We have our auto and home owners insurance with them. We have also purchased a mortage and refinanced with them and they are very thorough and knowledgeable. We are very happy with all of the staff.
