Description of Work: We've called Robert out on several occasions for fixing all types of plumbing repairs from leaky pipes to toilets. He does the work extremely well and has a fair price. The problem comes with his communication and punctuality. He was a no show on two occasions but we couldn't afford anyone else for the quality he gives so we gave him a second chance. The work is great it's getting him there that is the hassle. He also doesn't answer the phone when we call. We had to leave a voice-mail every time and he then would get back at his convenience.

Description of Work: I had an aging sump pump replaced. The service was quick and efficient. The service man had to clean debris from the bottom of the sump hole which took some extra time not included in there original estimate. He also had to reinstall our backup pump. He tested the whole system a few times before he left. The pump so far has worked well and is super quiet. The whole experience was easy with no hassles.

Description of Work: They have replaced stools for us and installed a water heater. They have also installed water faucets. These were separate occasions, and they have done work for us for several years.

Description of Work: He replaced a toilet bowl and fixed the leak on two bathroom faucets in our home. He spent about 2 hours on the job in total, and all garbage was taken away by him.

Description of Work: They came out and winterized my 1300 square foot property by flushing the piping, checking for exposed pipes, and then they filled the pipes with antifreeze. They took a couple of hours to do this and all garbage was taken away with them when they left.

Description of Work: We needed a new drain pipe run from our main floor kitchen sink to the basement drain. Many plumbers didn't do drain repair--only new installations.
