When I decided to sell my property, I contacted three agents. When I contacted Dave, he immediately set up an appointment and arrived promptly. The property I want to sell is small and of low value. Because of the high value of my debt and the low value of my property, it became immediately obvious that I wouldn't be able to sell my property without taking a huge loss. Dave advised me to consider renting. What impressed me most about Dave was the amount of time he spent with me. We talked about my property for nearly two hours. Dave gave me great advise about repairs that need to be made and helped me with documentation I would need to make a property tax appeal. Even though Dave wasn't able to represent me with this property, he'll be the first agent I contact in the future.
