Aaron was very professional and courteous. He worked efficiently and did an outstanding job removing heavy soil left on our windows. We had a new roof and our entire exterior repainted in late summer and the widows showed the dust and water marks from all of the work in addition to the normal dust and leaf debris. It looks AMAZING!

I have used Real Clean for ten years and have been thrilled with their work. They are timely, efficient and do a great job. Sometimes hard to change scheduled cleanings on short notice due to their popularity, but I can overlook as I have always been pleased with their quality workmanship

Window cleaning was fine. Gutter cleaning was a disaster. I trusted them to do a thorough job, but we found out that was not the case when we had water overflowing and coming through the kitchen ceiling during the rain on Halloween. Discovered the affected downspout was completely packed with black gunk. When I complained, they sent the man out again. He went up and took a picture to show the the gutter was clean. However, he said he did not go on roofs and that he only used an extension pole to pull leaves and debris toward him in areas that were hard to reach. I did not know this when I scheduled the cleaning originally. We have a very steep and elaborate roof line on a very large home--I would have called someone else had I known. I had this work scheduled at the end of September instead of in November because Real Clean will not come out if the weather turns to freezing, or so they said last year when I tried to get them out after all the leaves were down. Today I had another service do the job again, and they told me that other downspouts were also packed, and those could have been reached from the edge of the roof. Additionally, I felt that the scheduler had a rude attitude or manner about her, and this changed only a bit when I called and said I was unhappy. Will never use them again.

They are reasonably priced, very careful in your home and they understand that they're coming into your home so they are good with your belongings, they don't just throw your stuff around.

He came out and made a bid. The price was very fair. He was timely and efficient. There was no collateral damage. We were pleased with the results.
