Description of Work: Both my primary and secondary sump pumps failed causing the circuit breaker to trip. As a result, my water heater did not produce hot water. I was so happy they responded quickly because heavy rains were expected and I didn't want to be without protection for my basement. They installed a sump pump which I had as a reserve and flushed the water heater of debris in the tank.

Description of Work: Chad, the plumber, arrived at the pre-arranged time, with a call about 20 minutes in advance of his arrival. The job was to remove a bathtub drain assembly and replace it with a new one in a somewhat confined space. The job took about 90 minutes and I stayed with Chad during the work session. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, very friendly, and had all of the proper equipment with him to complete the task. This company meet and actually exceeded my expectations with a job well done.
