Everyone at PG Heating & Plumbing - Angie, Nate and service tech, Leo were caring, prompt and professional. They were quick to come to our home, painstaking in diagnosing the problem, explained the problem and solution very well, and quick with the repair. They even assessed the geothermal unit and assured us it was in good working order and the problem was just a sensor/thermostat. It was a very good experience!

They arrived a little later than expected, and finished up a little later than expected, but the work was completed in a satisfactory manner. However, they showed up in a work truck that had no company logo or decals, which can lead some people to be a little skeptical.

I needed a dryer vent clean out asap. They worked around my schedule and got me in on 2 days. They were on time and completed the job professionally. They were running a special for $49 which is generally unheard of. Will definitely use them again.
