 + -1 moreen a previous occasion, I waited 9 hours for him to show up. He never did get here. The third time he showed up, late, he tried to fix what was done incorrectly on the previous two trips. He was no sooner out the door when things went south. He is into me for a total of $370.00 and I can barely get my machine to turn on....................... My wife (we are both retired) thinks I should get a new computer. "This one is past repair". She has a newer cmputer in her home office which she uses a lot for ebay, bargins and staying in touch with her family. I don't use mine near as much. Info from Wells Fargo, classical music from I heart radio, updates from my few friends and hearts.
Description of Work: He tried to set up my computer (this was his third try) and it still does not work right!!

 + -1 moreDave was on time, and answered my questions as we went along. He was interested in helping me to understand how to accomplish what I needed to know about it order to work my eBay forms.
Description of Work: Dave checked all PC services to determine if they were functioning properly. He explained his actions to me as he worked. My pictures worked properly when he finished. He showed me how to bring the pictures up & how to open them to browse.
