We have been using them at our current home for about a year and used them for almost five years at our previous home. We really liked the service technician at our previous home. However, the technician who was sent to our new home was not as personable and friendly. We have decided to switch to a local, less expensive pest control company in the spring.

They do a good job.

They are okay. Their price has escalated over the years. We have been using their service for ten years now.

Initial contact made by phone. Information gathered and contract discussed by phone. Technician who was scheduled to do the work contacted me within a short time to gather additional information that would assist him with his task. He was able to treat my lake home the very day I called and I am satisfied with the work he did.

I grade them a C overall. They do send out different technicians. Some have been more thorough than others. I will continue to use them. I have used them for years. They seem more relaxed about treating my yard over the years.

I liked that they explained everything to me before they got starter. I also like that they knew how to treat the pests that I had. It was successful, just like they said it would be. I was very pleased. They were in and out, and didn't take up a lot of my time. I thought the price was reasonable for the service they performed. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again. I called them on a Friday, and they came the very next day. The guy who covers my area couldn't be here so they sent someone else in his place. They made sure that I was serviced.

They do a great job. They have always been very responsive, and give good service without any hassle.

They come out monthly. I pay them every quarter. Their service is excellent. They come out promptly. Their price is competitive.

My experience has been great. It is the same guy that comes out every time, which I like. He is very amenable to my need to change the time occasionally.

I have taken a yearly contract. I got a discount when I made the payment. They come out quarterly and have been doing okay. They do what they say they're going to do for the most part.

Only see 1 or 2 insects thoughout the year now inside the house. Even have seen a reduction on the outside. Only issue we have had with Orkin is a couple of scheduling mistakes on their part. Applications are pricey.

I would not say that they were very good at price, but, we were in a hurry and they did a good job.

Eric (who did the quote) was great. Very professional, courteous, and even found a problem in my attic that needed to be addressed. The installation team was another story. They called and asked if they needed to bring a ladder. Well, yeah, you're getting in my attic. Then they ladder they brought wasn't tall enough so they had to borrow mine. They also didn't do the best of jobs cleaning up. I do like the product, though.
