The plumber broke the valve on my water heater while just doing regular maintenance, he told me he wouldn’t charge me to replace/fix it and he still charged me! I was also charged a service fee and a labor fee! I wish the fees would have been explained before I invited them into my home.

One of the pipes was rusted and broke when removing valve. Repairman installed a new pipe with valve without difficulty. New valves turn easily with no further leaks

Two days in a row they were to come out and do an estimate. The first day they called and said the man was having a bad day and would not have the time to come out. I rescheduled for the next day and received a call that day again asking if I could reschedule. I told them "No" and they hung up.

Everything went well except for the float assemblies themselves. Since I was getting the float assemblies replaced anyway, I asked for very high quality units. I was willing to pay for this. I didn't want to have to mess with this again for at least 30 years. What I got were very cheap plastic units. I didn't catch this for about 6 weeks The units are designed to allow the float level to be adjusted. On the one toilet where I tried it, I found the adjustment mechanism was stripped. Can not adjust level,

Plumber picked up toilet at Home Depot and arrived at the house about an hour after scheduled window -- pick-up was part of the job. But an hour later seems more time than necessary. Installation was fast and easy, two hours total time charged. First plumber attempted to repair faucet but could not. The ticket was left open, and after I called to ask, a second plumber was scheduled. He arrived on time, worked on faucet, had a runner bring out a part and finally it was repaired. Time charged was half an hour, less time than it actually took to do the repair. I did have to call several weeks later to remind them to send me an invoice.

The whole process was professional. There was no up selling, he only suggested what we needed based on our old one and our needs. Very courteous and the service was excellent. All of my questions were answered. Very happy with the service.

I used them for all of my plumbing. They're here when they're suppose to be. They're very nice and I wouldn't use anyone else. I've been using them approx. 23 years. I intend to use them at my new home also if I need to. I tell all my friends to use them to.

Walked into a flooded foyer and traced the water to my water heater. I called North Side, upon Angie's List's recommendations, and they had somebody here in less than two hours. Two and a half hours later they had removed my old one, replaced a funky valve on the gas line, put a new valve on my furnace humidifier, delivered and set up a new water heater and were cleaning up and leaving. From the time I discovered the problem to the problem being completely resolved was around 4 hours. Amazing!

Went great. I discovered that my water heater was leaking, called North Side because of positive reviews on Angie's List. They has a plumber in the area who showed up within the hour. As he was pulling my old one out, an associate delivered a new one. Total time from my emergency phone call to them finished and gone was less than 4 hours. On top of that, their prices were reasonable.

North Side Plumbing does a good job. I would normally grade them an A but this time I would grade them a C. I would use them again in the future.

Called to schedule someone to look at faucet as it would not deliver hot water to sink or dishwasher. They said most likely would be following day. This was but a minor problem and I told them that was fine. They called within the same hour as they had a cancellation, if we were available, they'd come now. That worked out fine. They came and located the problem. They didn't have the part on the truck, so he called the shop, and it was delivered promptly. He replaced the part, and put it back together and it works like it used to, good as new! Very happy. The plumber was extremely personable and answered all my questions and made having a repairman in the house a pleasant experience. I will call them again when I have a plumbing problem.

Northside used three different plumbers across the course of two days (and two separate service calls). They were courteous, prompt, efficient, and highly professional. They found a potential problem with plumbing, explained it to me, and the option of making the repair then, or waiting (without any feeling of pressure if I waited to see if it became worse). Since the second service call came within a day of the first, even though they were unrelated, they also waived the service call fee the second time. I was very satisfied with their work and their effort to please a customer.
