 + -1 moreThey were fantastic with the furniture. They packed everything well. The driver was very professional and nice, same for the workers that unloaded my belongings in FL. They are a class act! They even reduced my original quote because I wasn't moving during their busy season.
Description of Work: They loaded and unloaded our belongings for our move from New York to Florida.

 + -1 moreAs I mentioned the packing took almost 1 and a half days and then the remaining second day they packed the truck and transported it to storage. We had a team of 4 young men who I would recommend highly to everyone. They were very professional, very pleasant and asked questions so we were on the same page. They treated my house and my stuff / treasures with the up-most respect. Packing and moving is such a traumatic experience but when you have such high quality people working in your home it makes the experience so much more positive and less stressful. I would highly recommend Lile North American Moving and Storage to anyone. I put the price as a B only because they were not the cheapest quote but in my opinion I am looking for the best move and not necessarily the cheapest. And their quote was not far from the cheapest and they were certainly not the most expensive either.
Description of Work: I received 4 moving and storage estimates from different moving companies. All of the companies came off of Angies List. The first 3 companies had high ratings on the list so I called them. They were not interested in working with me and we are a big job. A couple of the companies acted as if we were too big for them. I guess they have a lot of work and did need my business! I was very discouraged. So I went to the list again and found a North American company, Lile, located in Vancouver. It did not have a good rating but it was over 3 years old. So I called and talked to Ryan and liked his attitude right away. They were actually interested in working with me to understand the costs and making as accurate an estimate as possible. I am asking for services they are not normally asked to provide. I had almost 75% of our stuff packed up and moved to storage for the last 2 days. I am doing this to stage the house for selling and evidently not very many people do this. The other companies were totally baffled with my request and John from Lile was willing to do in the extra work and time to make this happen for me. The service rep, Vickie, could not have been more agreeable to assisting us with questions when John was out of the office.

 + -1 moreTHE PICKUP AND DELIVERY WERE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL. TIME FRAMES WERE GIVEN FOR EACH WITH FIRM DATES 3-4 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PICKUP AND DELIVERY. FURNITURE WAS CAREFULLY WRAPPED AND MOVED WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES OR BREAKAGE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY MOVED 8 PIECES OF FURNITURE FROM FT.WAYNE TO VANCOUVER, WA. 6 OF THE PIECES WERE ANTIQUES.
