About us

Ryan Null is the owner and operator of Next Level Home Inspections. He has over 15 years in the construction industry and has experience in building everything from interstate bridges to residential housing. Ryan has spent the last 10 years working as a General Contractor and has also invested in real estate where he saw a need for home inspectors with a broad construction background. With his experience as an Officer in the Army National Guard, Ryan’s attention to detail causes him to leave “no stone unturned” when performing his inspections. It is Ryan’s goal to have every client present for their inspection in order to speak directly to the needs of the home and the concerns of the client.

I thought the inspection went great during the inspection itself. It wasn't until I bought the home that I ran into the fact my inspector Ryan Null mislead the security of the services he had provided. I ran into plumbing issues with hot water not working properly and electrical issues throughout the entire house. I am not kidding, the electrical issues came out to be $2000.00 and the water issues was $250.00. I hope this review has Ryan focus on bettering in the future and saves the next victim.
