New Again Carpet Cleaning

James did an incredible job cleaning our carpet this week. We had several stains from our pet that had been sick and James made recommendations to most effectively restore the carpets to their original state. James attention to detail and his commitment to excellence is why we've worked with him over the years.

We had four rooms cleaned and it went wonderful. The owner/technician is very courteous and knows his trade. The cleaning turned out better than expected. He was able to identify a stain that had been misidentified by other carpet cleaning companies and completly remove the stain. The time to clean the carpet took lest than two hours. The carpet took about 3 hours to dry. Very accommidating! Added an extra room without an issue.

We have two dogs and three kids, and over the years our WHITE carpets have gotten pretty dirty. James showed up and was actually able to get out every stain. The carpets look, smell, and feel great again. Highly recommended!

Carpets are filthy, still has pet odor and the owner left three holes in my carpet and will not take responsibility for his mistake.

James did an outstanding job using a technique that thoroughly cleaned and dried quickly. James was very professional and took pride in his work. Would recommend him for any carpet cleaning.

Called and they were out the following day. Took care of the stain which i thought most likely wouldn't have come out. Friendly, professional, and most importantly did what they said they could do. highly recommend.
