They were fast.

Fixed it with no problems

Once I called them they asked about the water heater. They also checked to see if was under warranty and it was. They came and looked at the water heater the same day I called and determined it had to be replaced. They scheduled to have the water heater replaced the next day. They arrived on time in the morning and were very professional. They had the old water heater removed and new one installed in less than an hour. The workmanship appeared to be fine and I haven't any problems since it's been installed. Since the water heater was under warranty they dealt with the supplier directly and I only had to pay for parts and labor. I thought the price was high considering it only took an hour but overall I'm satisfied with their work.

The staff (both the scheduler and technician who came to my house) were professional and friendly. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

It looks like they found the problem and took care of it. If I had a need, I would call them back; I wouldn’t call someone else first. They have done a pretty good job by me. I think the price was really good because usually you can’t get someone in your house for $65. The leak is gone and they checked the other toilets for leaks so I think they went above and beyond.

I called them for an estimate and they said they would call me back and never did

Dave is a true professional at a very reasonable price.

I would say that it went okay, they did have to come out a second time however they are very conscienscious about getting the problem fixed.

This plumber is very trustworthy and did us a great favor. We pre purchased a new faucet and he told us he wouldn t put it in for us because this particular type of faucet leaked badly. We had him come back to install the next one we purchased, but it needed a part. He had to go and get it in order to install it.
