Martin has been outstanding in helping my husband and I purchase our home, and he came very highly recommended. My husband and I needed assistance in purchasing a home while living out of state, and Martin was extremely knowledgeable about established neighborhoods and new and upcoming areas in and around town. Additionally, he was always very responsive, such as timely returning calls and texts and even calling to check in. Martin quickly coordinated his schedule to meet my husband when he flew into town to tour homes, as well as quickly coordinated home tours- both of which were extremely helpful given how fast homes are being sold in today’s market. When touring homes, Martin helped us navigate the exciting yet stressful aspects of buying a home, including discussing pros and cons of various locations and home specifics/details. In discussing pros and cons, he did so in a way that allowed us to form our own opinions and feel valued, and we never felt we were being swayed one way or the other. We truly felt Martin had our best interests and home buying goals in mind, and he’s been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, personable, and courteous. Plus, he has a wealth of contacts/business relationships with other professionals that will prove beneficial (e.g., interior designers, painters, inspectors, mortgage lenders). Furthermore, he never batted an eye when my husband and I wavered back and forth between two homes, and was a steady, kind, gracious, and professional asset. Martin’s years of experience expertly guided us through negotiations, and he answered questions about loan options and the inspection process, making the home buying experience easy, understandable, and efficient- all while living out of state. Moreover, Martin and his team have been very impressive in timely drawing up contracts and clearly communicating next steps. In short, Martin and his team have been invaluable and crucial in helping my husband and I obtain our dream home and we cannot recommend Martin enough, as he is an extraordinary realtor!
