Lawnscape

Dave Parsons from Lawnscape was excellent to work with. He did several variations of design and worked with us to make the project fit within our selected budget. Dave oversaw the project and was very responsive to be onsite when the various subcontractors arrived. He worked with our County Lakes Sewer District which always results in major hassle at best. Despite the frustrating interactions with the Sewer District, Dave made sure the project continued and we found creative ways to work around the limitations the Sewer District imposed upon this project. Dave even went so far as to source an electrician for us to hook up the lighting and fountain as we always find it a challenge to source these type of services in this area. The guys who did the bulk of the work onsite where hardworking and very pleasant to interact with and always left the worksite in an orderly manner.

We had our son come up to meet with the technician because he understands technology so much better than we do. Basically while this might get better over time there is nothing that can be done now UNLESS we go to TiVo with MediaCom. That will be much more expensive. The technician told us there appeared to be weak signal coming from the box on the road so they are to be out today to fix that. He said we didn't need to be home for that. Despite that we've been getting calls for the past several days saying they will be out today somewhere between 8A and 8P and I must be home to answer the phone when they are on their way out or the service call will be rescheduled. So here I sit at home today captive in the house as they call on our home phone! Our neighbors are telling us to cancel our MediaCom TV service and just keep their phone and internet as they are the best you can get here in Angola. They suggest we contact Dish TV and get the hoppers. So I guess that is what we look into.
