Description of Work: We used Koehlinger when we had to get four sets of locks and four deadbolts rekeyed after someone made unauthorized duplicates. They were able to match the '60s era locksets easily and we were done and gone in half an hour after walking in. The price was very reasonable and the service excellent.

The technician came right on time and was extremely workmanlike and professional, asked for guidance when choices needed to be made, and did a clean, rock-solid installation. The estimate was right on target. After almost 3 months, everything continues to work flawlessly.

Description of Work: this company was very professional on the phone when contacted as to their services. Prices quoted were reasonable and a schedule was worked out to fit my request. the technician called in advance as he was supposed to and arruved on time ! after explaining what my concerns were as to either fix the door hard ware that I had or if the need be to replace with the new hardware that I purchased. The technician cleaned the inner parts of the current hardware and did a fabulous job. i am very happy with this company and with the professionalism displayed by the technician. cost was very reasonable and i will return the new hardware purchased and I don ot have to refinish the door now.

Description of Work: I needed a double-keyed deadbolt lock repaired and a doorknob replaced. My house is circa 1929, so it was important to have a business that could deal with old equipment. This company fit my needs perfectly. I was able to schedule a visit within a few days. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, had the necessary parts on his truck, and was in and out within an hour. He did not charge me for the new knob. I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreI've used Koehlinger in the past at my office and always found them to be reliable. The products they carry are definitely several steps up from the usual and customary items you find at the home improvement store. The high security locks they sell are subject to being picked or duplicated like others. After Kevin had a chance to look over the doors, it only took a day to get a estimate and the worker showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning up. You could tell he was doing this for a career not just another job.
