Itâ s a reliable and dependable company, great customer service and I was so pleased with my new siding. It looks great and it is of great quality.

It was a very good experience overall. We really appreciated their expertise in window installation. The quality of the windows was premium and will last for years to come. The owner was friendly and did a great job explaining the different window products and helped us choose windows that met our needs. We also used Key Exteriors to replace our roof and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. We're thrilled with the results!

DO NOT HIRE Key Exteriors for anything!! First of all, very SLOW turnaround time. Just shy of 16 weeks to get two screen doors installed, and roof repairs on my sunroom. (Prior to COVID) Owner came over the night before their 16-week contact expired to try and explain why they could not do the roof repair on my sunroom in their contract!! (unable to give the 10-year warranty, I was promised). Well, if they replaced the entire roof!!!! Platinum Remodel did an awesome job fixing my roof, less than 1/2 the price of Key AND a 5-year warranty!!!! And then the guy gave me a $50. discount off the bill because I was so patient with them getting to me. So, by all means, go with Platinum Remodel, and their customer service knocks Key Exteriors lack of customer service out of the ballpark!!!! After the 5-year warranty expires, I can still have Platinum come out and redo it if needed. AND still cost less than what Key quoted. (or should I say refunded because they could not complete their job)!!!! The salesman would never give me a break of cost between the screen doors install and roof repair. (My bad!!). You would think an exterior screen door install would be the least difficult job to be completed. The door handle lacked the quality I was told it had. Was not a smooth working device. Installers told me they would order me a new one. Never happened and no one else knew about our conversation, of course. So after all the hammering and whatever else they decided to try it with, it was somewhat better. Then I called back, with specific instructions I wanted to be there when they came out to complete the previous repair. I keep the screen door locked. Of course, they could not bother to wait, so they came out, did whatever to my door (while it was locked), and in the process, marked up my new paint job. I called about that because I wanted a refund so I could repaint. The owner would not give me the money, I had to hire a painter. I do not have time. Did that prior to the Key installs. So his way or no way!!! There is not one employee (and I talked to at least 4) that has any type of customer service skills. None!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid them like COVID!

Dealt with Michael J. Fox at Key and the service on the install of our roof and doors went flawlessly.Very happy with finished product.

I am very happy with this company. They do an excellent job at a very good price. I have never been disappointed in the work done by this company. They do an excellent job and take the time to listen to my concerns. They keep the yard cleaned up on a daily basis. I m so happy that I ve chosen Key Exteriors for my gutter job.

They are very flexible, considerate and easy to work with. They will even make finance arrangements.

Great Company. They even donated to Military families charities and I love giving money back to locally owned companies that give to the community. Bill was a pleasure to work with and his team did an excellent job on our roof and siding and gutters.

I changed my plan as to what roof I wanted, They denied me cancelling a contract in writing within 2 days when the contract says it must be done before 3 days. I was then told that option was not available to me.

Definitely would not recommend this company, have had nothing but trouble out of them. Was supposed to have my roof done by 8/26/2015 and im still waiting. The only time i hear from them is if i call, i even put money down and now am having trouble getting it back.
